the problem is that they stuck in 2 new people at the very end of epsiode 10, but the producers intentionally gave us no information at all, of who they are, so unless you are a very good expeert of nanoha knowledge, it hard to figure anything, of what these new people are, in fact the only hints at all, is that we our hardcore nanoha fans noticed the voice actors they used for the new people, and then we worked from there since the producers like to rework everyone as soon as possible!!!!, but i think we see even more new eneimies and would not be surprised if everyone is doing numerious roles, the only thing everyone can agree on today is that we will finally be seeing the hayate transformation sequence and maybe even a possible unison with rein, and hopefully down the road,(hopefully in this episode) when ginga get her device will se her transformation sequence too!!!!!

Well if Who's that Loli Anyway? Is anywhere near as funny as I'm sure the completely unrelated "Who's line is it anyway?" The show were the loli's are unknown and the pairings don't matter.
It is quite the mystery since we barely got any information by which to speculate with. Of course that's why this episode should be a ton of fun. That and the expected Hayate sequence that we're expecting to see.
Only downside is having to wait until that flv gets released. Going to be a long day waiting for it.
And of course...

Refer back to A's episode 12 for an idea of what we'll probably get in regards to henshin and Unison Mode.
I can't wait, to be honest. I want to see Hayate nuke everything within a ten mile radius.

Connection was was suckier than how it was in Ep10, and I couldn't get to watch B part... :frustrated:
Well, anyway, several points from what I could watch so far... hopefully it'll be up in nico soon.
Overall, it's very action-packed episodes and of good quality, at least for part I watched it is.
- Ep starts with the appearance of teh missing man - Chrono, chatting with Carim about RF6's next direction.
She then points that he's always seen in his BJ that it's unusual for her to see him in formal wear, which he replies that his wife says that too.
Nonetheless, Carim applauds his formal wear.
- Signum joins Chrono and Carim, but their time was disrupted by sudden alert... hotlink from Hayate regerding ongoing incident.
- S&T joins E&C, Teana goes "Holyday is over dudes, get yourself ready for duty!", then everyone sets up their device.
Here transformation sequence kicks in for the 2nd time in the series, although I'd say it looked like a time-filler...
- N&F, Rein and Shamal are sent to join rookies.
After Shamal's evaluation, the blonde-loli appeared to be not in life-threatening state...
- Erio notices that from looks of chain, there's one more relic down in sewer.
As rookies are sent to search, HQ detects large number of Drones are incoming from both sky, and sewer.
- Vita and Ginga comes into play, both heading toward hotspot to join the fun.
Vita is assigned to cover Southwest of city with Rein, while Ginga heads into sewer to join rookies.
Damn to staffs, they skipped Ginga's transformation sequence!! :frustrated:
(Edit: Okay, her device is most likely "Blitz Calibur".)
- Lutecia is observing situation from top of building.
Then Uno calls in, telling her that Uno's little sisters will retrive relic and "Material" and asks Lutecia to go into sewer.
Uno refers Lutecia "ojousama (=princess, my lady, etc)", so Lutecia could be a daugter of someone noble...?
- Uno notices that Lutecia is alone, which she replies that "I'm with Garyu, I'm not alone".
Uno then tells her that whenever she needs assistance, Uno will give her hand immediately and top-priority.
Lutecia then warps out, wispering to no one that "let's go find what I'm looking for"...
- Ginga insists that she's seen that organic pod before, which Hayate agrees.
She assumes that blonde-loli is a sample of "artifical mage", technology consisting of using gene manipulation, drug and mechanical implants.
Just as any other anime with this kind of stuff, this technology is dangerous and only someone crazy enough would tap into.
That makes her a... Cyborg?
- N&F are protecting NW part of sky, and kicking crap out of Type-2s...
Then a Meganekko appears over cloud, and starts casting illusion magic to buff up the visual number of Type-2s.
Her neck accessory had number "IV", that means...
- HQ is cought by suprise for the sheer number of newly-incoming drones.
N&F insists of releasing their limiters, but Hayate denies their request and goes out by herself, asking Chrono to release her limiter.
- Appearantly, Chrono and Carim can release Hayate's limiter only once for each person, then they need to gain permission from higher-ups again.
Chrono uses his permission, but using full force of SS rank in middle of city is too dangerous, so he only released up for 3 ranks - to S rank.
According to Carim, not releasing full power makes gaining permission again slightly easier... but only slightly, according to Chrono.
- Ginga joins rookies... her knuckle is white!
- Now we have a Strategic-Weapon-Girl, charging up her Nuke to blow whatever on her path...
However, just as mentioned in Ep2, she lacks precision control without unison-in, so HQ staffs has to support her to use it accurately.
N&F hastely get out to safe-zone, then... KABOOOM, huge explosion occurs, blowing away most of Type-2s on several area.
Now, she's still 1 rank behind her true rank? man, give me a break :heh:
- Rookies are sweeping sewer, and we got to see Subaru's Divine Buster once again.
- Rookies has reached the point where 2nd relic should be, Caro found the box and approaches it.
Just when she picked up, something sneaks up and attacked her... Erio interrupted the unknown's second attack, but he got an injury as well.
Then the unknown turns off it's opti-camo; Here, we have a clear shot of Garyu, the Human-sized bypedal Kamen-Rider... well, not so Kamen Rider but still.
- While they're distracted by Garyu, Lutecia picks up relic.
Caro finds that and goes after her, but got blasted by Lutecia and hit the wall with Erio.
Nakajima sisters attacks Garyu, while Teana catches Lutecia from behind with her opti-camo... CM dagger-mode is on her throat.
- Agito appears, throwing a magic flash-bang into there to help Lutecia.
Teana tries to shoot Lutecia, but got blocked by Garyu twice.
- Now we see Agito... she is a Rein-sized red-haired loli.
As she provokes rookies to fight, episode ends and ED kicks in...
- Titled "Numbers", it looks like it'll introduce number of new characters, most likely Spagetti's "creations".
According to Nanoha's narration, they're gonna be in serious fight and will go all-out to protect what they have to protect.
- One short cut-scene had Strada being pointed toward Lutecia's chest...
Erio, you're gonna flash move her too? :heh:

Ok, ep 11 is set to kick major ass. The synopsis alone sounds good!

quite a lot of things happened
Chrono makes an appearance
the enemy has an illusionist. She managed to mask the actual number of Gadjets and fool everyone
Seeing all that bunched up enemy icons in the map, Hayate decides to sortie
Chrono grants a 3 rank limiter release to Hayate. It's not a full release, but it's enough
Hayate launches what equals to a tactical nuke spell. Seriously, it had countdowns, ginormous explosions and all. MAP weapon ftw
Ginga also sorties..and joins up with Subaru and the gang
as someone predicted her Revolver Knuckle is white. Her boots are called Blitz Caliber, unless I misheard it. Her barrier jacket... looks like something out of Kamen Rider XD
The group encounters Lutecia and her summon Garyuu. The best way I would describe it is a bipedal kaijuu monster with a kamen rider scarf. o_O It's pretty damn fast and reasonably strong and so it Lutecia
However, Teana manages to stealth ambush Lutecia
Just when they taught things would go easy, on of Lutecia's allies, Agito launches a sonic disruptor spell causing everyone to protect their eardrums
Agito brags around and challenge the group, but.. it appears she's really small. Around Reinforce sized.
next week: even more new enemy characters!
Agito is a Sonic User?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

Man, Chrono's definitely Lindy's son. He looks more fruity than he did in the A's epilogue. Almost as fruity as non-glasses Yuuno.

And description of the the Ginga/Subaru combo attack:
the combination attack they use consists of ginga locking the enemy's arms while subaru jumps over her, punches through the enemy's outer armor, and fires divine buster at it's core.

His technology seem to be able to detect the drones better than RF6 plus all his drones are looking for em automatically at all the time (bigger area covered).It is not that hard since he program em to be autonomous once released.
Instead of having mole in TSAB, he most probably has em in the smuggler organization instead that's why he got info that RF6 didn't even know (Ep6 auction item)

Connection was was suckier than how it was in Ep10, and I couldn't get to watch B part... :frustrated:
Well, anyway, several points from what I could watch so far... hopefully it'll be up in nico soon.
Overall, it's very action-packed episodes and of good quality, at least for part I watched it is.
- Ep starts with the appearance of teh missing man - Chrono, chatting with Carim about RF6's next direction.
She then points that he's always seen in his BJ that it's unusual for her to see him in formal wear, which he replies that his wife says that too.
Nonetheless, Carim applauds his formal wear.
- Signum joins Chrono and Carim, but their time was disrupted by sudden alert... hotlink from Hayate regerding ongoing incident.
- S&T joins E&C, Teana goes "Holyday is over dudes, get yourself ready for duty!", then everyone sets up their device.
Here transformation sequence kicks in for the 2nd time in the series, although I'd say it looked like a time-filler...
- N&F, Rein and Shamal are sent to join rookies.
After Shamal's evaluation, the blonde-loli appeared to be not in life-threatening state...
- Erio notices that from looks of chain, there's one more relic down in sewer.
As rookies are sent to search, HQ detects large number of Drones are incoming from both sky, and sewer.
- Vita and Ginga comes into play, both heading toward hotspot to join the fun.
Vita is assigned to cover Southwest of city with Rein, while Ginga heads into sewer to join rookies.
Damn to staffs, they skipped Ginga's transformation sequence!! :frustrated:
(Edit: Okay, her device is most likely "Blitz Calibur".)
- Lutecia is observing situation from top of building.
Then Uno calls in, telling her that Uno's little sisters will retrive relic and "Material" and asks Lutecia to go into sewer.
Uno refers Lutecia "ojousama (=princess, my lady, etc)", so Lutecia could be a daugter of someone noble...?
- Uno notices that Lutecia is alone, which she replies that "I'm with Garyu, I'm not alone".
Uno then tells her that whenever she needs assistance, Uno will give her hand immediately and top-priority.
Lutecia then warps out, wispering to no one that "let's go find what I'm looking for"...
- Ginga insists that she's seen that organic pod before, which Hayate agrees.
She assumes that blonde-loli is a sample of "artifical mage", technology consisting of using gene manipulation, drug and mechanical implants.
Just as any other anime with this kind of stuff, this technology is dangerous and only someone crazy enough would tap into.
That makes her a... Cyborg?
- N&F are protecting NW part of sky, and kicking crap out of Type-2s...
Then a Meganekko appears over cloud, and starts casting illusion magic to buff up the visual number of Type-2s.
Her neck accessory had number "IV", that means...
- HQ is cought by suprise for the sheer number of newly-incoming drones.
N&F insists of releasing their limiters, but Hayate denies their request and goes out by herself, asking Chrono to release her limiter.
- Appearantly, Chrono and Carim can release Hayate's limiter only once for each person, then they need to gain permission from higher-ups again.
Chrono uses his permission, but using full force of SS rank in middle of city is too dangerous, so he only released up for 3 ranks - to S rank.
According to Carim, not releasing full power makes gaining permission again slightly easier... but only slightly, according to Chrono.
- Ginga joins rookies... her knuckle is white!
- Now we have a Strategic-Weapon-Girl, charging up her Nuke to blow whatever on her path...
However, just as mentioned in Ep2, she lacks precision control without unison-in, so HQ staffs has to support her to use it accurately.
N&F hastely get out to safe-zone, then... KABOOOM, huge explosion occurs, blowing away most of Type-2s on several area.
Now, she's still 1 rank behind her true rank? man, give me a break :heh:
- Rookies are sweeping sewer, and we got to see Subaru's Divine Buster once again.
- Rookies has reached the point where 2nd relic should be, Caro found the box and approaches it.
Just when she picked up, something sneaks up and attacked her... Erio interrupted the unknown's second attack, but he got an injury as well.
Then the unknown turns off it's opti-camo; Here, we have a clear shot of Garyu, the Human-sized bypedal Kamen-Rider... well, not so Kamen Rider but still.
- While they're distracted by Garyu, Lutecia picks up relic.
Caro finds that and goes after her, but got blasted by Lutecia and hit the wall with Erio.
Nakajima sisters attacks Garyu, while Teana catches Lutecia from behind with her opti-camo... CM dagger-mode is on her throat.
- Agito appears, throwing a magic flash-bang into there to help Lutecia.
Teana tries to shoot Lutecia, but got blocked by Garyu twice.
- Now we see Agito... she is a Rein-sized red-haired loli.
As she provokes rookies to fight, episode ends and ED kicks in...
- Titled "Numbers", it looks like it'll introduce number of new characters, most likely Spagetti's "creations".
According to Nanoha's narration, they're gonna be in serious fight and will go all-out to protect what they have to protect.
- One short cut-scene had Strada being pointed toward Lutecia's chest...
Erio, you're gonna flash move her too? :heh:

Watched the .wmv's at last.
Aside from everything already posted:
1. Lutecia used triangle magical crest .
2. Flying drones are funny pausing their attacks while the characters talked to Hayate.
3. Hayate's spell, being overall awesome, seemed to lack impact somehow - animation at the moment of the explosion and sound effects didn't impress me.
4. Erio got cut. hopes for bloody battles are fleshing out
5. Lack of seriousness near the end - Teana's shot didn't hit Lutecia but dealt some damage to Garyuu - why look surprised, shoot more! Characters stand still listening to enemies chatting with each other ... meh - not the way elite soldiers should behave.

So there're 10+ episodes they're going to act limited to AA rank? It's possible with the current level of enemies, but if Doc actually releases a dozen of his subjects that'll become problematic. That is unless they aren't showing everything they can do being limited yet, which is questionable.

Doc having some iportant person as a client is pretty much granted, so it's either TSAB or Church that's involved in the conspiracy, unless they bring yet another unknown person on the scene. I'd love to see battles with a large number of human soldiers involved, more powerful mages providing fire support and cover and directing army's maneuvers (BTW at this point any plot twist may be called a rip-off of something, not to mention StrikerS had a large number of references to other series from the beginning).

Well, in Gundam Wing, the heroes fight pretty much everyone. The only difference between Nanoha and Gundam is that Gundam tends to stick rigidly to a typical storyline - "who are we fighting? war is bad!" - while Nanoha goes and tries to break pretty much every genre convention known.
I'd rather have a huge curveball thrown than have a series that does it differently turn to something completely cliched for the third outing.

They don't have to repeat GSD, so instead of showing how bad is war they may tell that "war can sometimes be necessary to make society better", or "a good war justifies the goals" - fighting makes humanity evolve after all :rolleyes:

I don't think that reasoning works well in this case. One man's personal goals do not equal the whole of the TSAB's. Graham was shown to be acting in his own personal interests.
If anything, I think the Client is a completely seperate third party, and definitely not the Church (who are probably monastic at best, and don't appear to be very warfaring despite having powerful mages highly ranked in the TSAB) or the TSAB (who are severely short-staffed and reactive, not proactive, to situations).

I know where your going with this but also take into account that in the Nanoverse magical beats physical this is why the TSAB never had non-magical individuals working for them because if your fight a mage on mage battle you'll need a mage whos power is equal or greater then the enemy to beat him/her. I meant in terms of combat usage but as fare as stuff like communications, medical treatment, and other non-combat roles there is no doubt in my mind that the TSAB have plenty of non-magical users working in those fields. however I've never seen a non-magic user on the battle field yet. Back in A's we saw Vita use a melee attack on Nanoha during their first encounter and she deflected it. Mind you if it weren't for the cartridge system Vite was using it may have done nothing to her. Well, took me a while to get the RAW since the versions on NicoNico didn't work. Had to read that chat log on the right side, next to the videos to find where to download them. Then, getting the RAWs in 2 files, spent half an hour trying to figure the goddamn password. -_-; Then there was a hint on the download page that took me a while to translate: "The password is the White Devil." (Hint was in Japanese. <.<) I was like... *lightbulb!*... Who is this White Devil they speak of? >.>; Then, I figured out the password.
Anyway... episode thoughts:
1. They skip henshin sequence for Hayate and Ginga. >_< Oh well, Ginga's suit is mighty fine. o_o
- Hayate is one person to stay away from when her Limiter is released. <.< Even Fate and Nanoha had to clear the area. Imagine if Hayate and Rein II combined how much power the two have without a Limiter. @_@ Thank goodness Hayate's on the good side. :D
- Something tells me Scagliete is going to use every single person in those test tubes. x_x Scagliete's female army vs. RF6... I think they're fairly outnumbered. They should just let Hayate wipe them out to get it over with. :p
- Much more action than previous episodes, and we get to see the Nakajima sisters fight together.
- Hopefully Caro's alright. >_< She took a point-blank shot from Lutecia. T_T
- Tea gets to use her "gunblade" in this episode, though didn't get a chance to slice Lutecia. Aww...
I can't wait to see Ep.12 now. Erio would probably exact his revenge, and hopefully they don't lock away the Limiter again on Hayate. Going to be a fun fight next.

Really liked the episode. They're finally giving form to the baddie squad and throwing the rookies into some actual combat instead of training. That said, the stock animation annoyed me, especially since there really was very little breathtaking action stuff otherwise.

Alright finally got the episode and after a few pages I'm back. I'd say it seems likely there could be corruption in the TSAB ranks and this client could be in there.
Of course the #1 thing that has to be said, The Return of Chrono! If they were going to sit him into a chair couldn't they have gotten around to that earlier? But hey just having him around again is nice. Hopefully they'll get him into the action and not just releasing limiters
Well get some bloody action this time and of course Erio takes the hit. Why else put a guy into the group unless he's going to get bloodied up right? Good job though rushing in to help Caro even if he got knocked around when Caro got blasted. Guess getting blown away from Lutecia hurts more than getting hit into a wall and leaving a crater.
Interesting how a similar move to Vita's 'Iron Howl' gets brought in against the rookies. Took till episode 11 but we've hit the point where the good guys hit some serious trouble. Guess throwing Zest into things just would've been overkill. Nice move by Teana using stealth and dagger mode to catch Lutecia even if it was for a moment. Get some damage as well on Garyu by taking a headshot at Lutecia. Though why she was embarassed by that I'm not entirely certain.
Interesting how when the talk about 'artificial mages' came up Erio was looking down on the ground.
Good episode with a lot of things going on.

I wouldn't call physical weapons inferior to magic so fast. Even if in most cases it loses in terms of raw power there're several features about it that would make it more effective. I can understand the ban of its public usage but the military should've kept it (unless they're showing an example this way).

Perhaps, but as of now, Hayate's Limiter was released for only 2 hours, so......she'll go back to A in a 'short' while.

woot saw the raw^^ (much faster this week which is nice^^)
Finally a little proof that Lutecia is not a created being (much happiness^^) and from a differrnent summon tribe (bugs most likely) *this is speculative from thisguys sums and what I saw* based on the sum uno referes to her as someone that is special/important also it would seem speg likes to label all his works so the fact Lutecia doesn't have a mark also indicates shes not created. Also the mark on her head is unique to only her^^
Garyu = Dragon fly^^ (he has wings and a tail). He's actually pretty cool and definitly protective of Lutecia (they seem to have a really close bond^^)
Agito cracks me up^^ so cheary and ... fireworks lol (she definitly looks like demiga or whatever her name is from that game)
So Ginga knows a little about mystery loli's origin huh, poor erio, he looked a little down when it was mentioned. Skin tight BJ was pretty cool but covered to much if you ask me :D it could have looked a little more like Fate's sonic form if you ask me^^. lol, so both knuckles are different in color huh^^ and sis tag team atk was win^^
Teans'a illusion/surprise atk was really nice, good use of skills^^
My only beef with the ep is they showed the rookies transformation scene again (shorter but still) and nothing for Ginga and Hayate thou she appeared in BJ ie we didn't see her transform she just appeared so theres still hope^^ Ginga should have gotten one thou, without a dought!!
as for the Preview, Erio better not hurt Lutecia out of revenge grr he'd drop way down on my respect chart, Lutecia seems very unconserned if you ask me. Is that speg in action :twitch: or maybe someone reated to Lutecia (bug wings deal) and not speg. But then who is he? And.....

Yeah I think they would've been better off going for a big Hayate transformation scene. Which better be coming or else they'll have a lot of upset people coming there way.
I doubt Erio will actually hurt Lutecia. Maybe in all the commotion he breaks through to chase her down. She seemed to be a lot of talking so who knows what will come from it. Should be interesting though. No matter what this issue should be resolved in one episode if we're seeing Nanoha back in her uniform.

Both Lutecia and Zest have been hinted to be using strong Velka magic, most likely ancient, and there's only one known place to pick that up.
But with the doctor is doing seems to fit the bill for a need to increase manpower resources and quality.
So in the end, I really can't decide yet :p

So far, Acous hasn't done a damn thing except setting Yuuno up with Nanoha... And this includes the manga!
Carim on the other hand has been actively aiding Hayate out with the Organization of RF6, as well as providing information about the gadgets and relics... But has yet done a thing to sway or affect her decisions.
Of course, if you want to toss in the 4koma...
This has some implications for the OC thread... What if Acous and Carim really are grooming Hayate to be the next God Empress? ^_^

Teana, on the other hand, gave no hestation in shooting live-round at Lutecia's head.
Correctness of action depends on situation, but in this case, I'd say Teana was right... it's a battle.

2. Quattro has seen with magic circle that has strong resembrance to relic-circle in OP.
The blonde-loli is packed with relics, so there should be a good reason she's packed with them.
It's entirely possible that both Spagetti's "Numbers" and "Artifical Magi", including the blonde loli, makes use of relics.
3. Just as somebody already posted, Uno's words heavily implied that Lutecia is born in "natural" way, yet Spagetti referes her as "Relic Weapon".
I don't know why, but my brain is already filled with plot that...
- Lutecia being a sample of "Artifical Mage" created few years back.
- Her relative also went through process, but TSAB discovered the ill-doing and ruined the project (This is when Ginga and Hayate saw the pod)
- Lutecia has been separated by her relative in that incident, and what she's searching is her relative, also being an artifical mage, bound to have Relic pattern...
- Whereabout of that relative could be in Regias's possession, where s/he became the baseline of technology to create that blonde-loli we see in Ep10.Little A BIT jumpy I know, but dunno, I can't get rid of this idea :heh:
Well, if, IF this story comes true, Lutecia will never be able to find what she's searching, for... It most llikely dismantled in process.
