No offense, but I doubt either Erio or Caro are 'in love'. They are a bit young to truly understand what 'love' is. But there is no doubt they obviously have some pretty big crushes on one another :heh:

They do have a big crush for each other but that crush of course can become love.

Anyway I would give episode 15 an 9 out 10. The sparring scene with Ginga and Subaru made my day awesome. After the sparring the scene where Vivio runs up to Fate and Nanoha was too cute but when she tripped I was like "oh no".

Yeah of course Erio and Caro are a bit young to understand about being in love. But clearly the two care about each other and have a strong bond forming. Plus they've got those crushes that down the road will probably turn into love.

Nice attempt by Caro to ditch the carrot. But getting caught she made the smart move to just eat it.

When the numbers mentioned "the vessel of the Saint/Saintly King" in episode 12, the screen was on Vivio. Therefore, we have the implication that she is.

We are still not 100% certain the King refered in Ep 14 is Sei-Oh since there are other possible entries with keyword been "King" like Yatan no Oh. Vivio however is quite likly at this point

Is it really really true Vivio is the "King" like we are all thinking. If so then would me she going to be in some mortal danger (which would sadden me very much since I like her all ready) it would mean that Nanoha, Fate, and everyone else in RF:6 may take up arms to save her no matter who the enemy is. Also if the enemy dose turn out to be higher ranking officers in the TSAB it would seem we're going to get that civil war we've all been hoping for.:D

vivio being the king...im more moved to think that she is actually the vessel in that some creepy monster is going to be taking over her body through a summoning process and here we have round two of the "yami no sho" case :p and i would really like to see her turning out to be the one in dark wing's siggy ~ wings and all...imagine the amount of destruction from this loli :D

Whether it's by TSAB, Client, or whatever...something WILL happen to her. We already know she's not normal, and seriously...as much as Vivio no Kaasan-~ Futari no Mama ~ is NF fanservice, you can't seriously expect me to believe that this kind of fluffy fanservice to not have a shotgun reaction.

I mean, if her existence is only to -lol u r artificial mage so we take care of you' then that's clearly bloody lousy storytelling.

Jumping to the scene with Jail and his relics, I've counted 6 relics in a column, and with an estimation of 8 or 10 (maybe even 12) per row.

In any case, that's already a comfirmation of 68 relics... The least :twitch:

The problem though, is that TSAB themselves do not fully understand the purpose of a Relic. They know it contains power, but it is unorthodox even as far as crystallized energies go, and they aren't exactly battery-material. Shari said so in an episode...somewhere.

So, in other words, we know JACK about what are Relics. We know each one's unique despite their generic look (( otherwise, Lutecia wouldn't search for a particular one )), they're numerous (( a minimum of 75 exist )), and that they may or may not be involved in Lutecia's/Zest's creation. (( Scaglietti refering them as Relic Weapon. ))

So, if you want me to make a wild guess, I'd say that there's some sort of Relic compatibility with beings or something, and that the perfect Relic vessel...is the King.

Agree something has to happen to Vivio. There just isn't a question about it. While using her for a bit of NF fan service is nice there is a bigger role for her to play here. Probably will find some way to assault RF6 and capture Vivio. Not that she by herself is the goal but what they can use her for. Probably getting her close with Nanoha and Fate (the main 2) and the rest of RF6 is so when they have to save her it'll be a more emotional conflict.

Anyway... it's also possible that those Relics are copy, but if so, how he managed to do that I don't know.

Someone go back to antipaction thread and check who's wish was TSAB or at least part of it gets destroy by ep 16 or so, I think he really did hit the Jackpot of somekind if the above happens. Heck even if it does not happen there bound to be large holes in Mid afterwards anyways :heh:

Well, unless Eihenjar's fully complete and ready to be showcased at the Presentation, GC's fully set itself up for a parade, if what we're told of Regius not on alert for possible "fall of tower" is true. (( It's possible he's just hiding his Eihenjar trump-card from the Navy too... ))

Honestly, I wouldn't take the Fireworks = Relic = Bomb thing literally. He seems to be more implying of the chaos his Numbers and junk would inflict with their all-out offensive in a week more so than an actual "bombing". Besides, unless he really can mass-produce Relics, I don't see him really wasting them just like that...at least not for GC.

A literal bombing of the GC is very literally an all-out declaration of war. I don't even limiters matter anymore if it comes to that as much as Regius wants to be an ass (( he'll at fault for not being on-guard and taking the Prophecy seriously anyway )), and I think Scaglietti would be more cautious than to waste all the load on just one part of TSAB...the weakest part.

Durandal's case was different, anyway I highly doubt the army would just give away their 'greatest' weapon. Don't forget, Ground center have a very strong distaste for any divison outside of their own.

And I was under the impression that the best guess about what 'Eihenjar' could be is the creation of super soldiers?

The 'Eihenjar' could be refering to the 'dead' that was mentioned in the thrid line, seeing it's real world connection.

If that's the case, then it might be safe to say that GC would be responsible for it's own fall.

That's because there's no one absolute translation to the prophecy, one twist of a word could make the entire line mean something else completely.

If I'm not wrong, there are about 2-3 possible translations.

Under the King of Death, His/Her wings shall be awakened/resurrected/revived at the Holy Ground/Land;

The Dead dance, the Law Tower in the Middle/Central Land burns helplessly;

For some time already, the development of situation here reminds me somehow of Sailor Moon S, with with a Scientist Working For World Domination (for Another Power), not extremely dangerous but sufficiently annoying monsters (here drones), and finally the role of SailorMoon's Hotaru to be played by Vivio. It's exactly the first and best guess/literal translation about the fourth line, that the TSAB Navy would be next after ground center.

And I kinda like that base design :p

I'm really uncertain what Vivio's fate is going to be. I'm not one to see cute characters dying. But it seems clear at the very least something is going to happen to her. They didn't bring this girl in simply to please NF fans. Though that may have been a happy side effect.

Plus she's been interacting and building those bonds with many members of RF6. I can only think the point of making those bonds is to create the strain when something bad (kidnap, injury, or....death) happens to Vivio.

It's hard to tell, I agree... And the odds are stacked against me...

Though I'm feeling hopeful :)

I know what scene you're talking about now, Algent, it's different from the one C2F is talking about. Since it's the Ground Forces' baby, I doubt they'd take it well if you called it a "ship". Yes, that's probably "Einherjar".

Even if Ground force should make tank-like weapon the design make think this "baby" can fly :d :

Fate mama and Nanoha mama have different points on raising a child no? Fate spoils her child but gives the child warm and comfort love. While Nanoha wants her child to be able to stand up for herself without any help as a sign of independence or something. Hmm, both of them need parenting lessons :blush:. Anyway, there were Ginga and Subaru moments. Oookay, nothing more to say for now :nod:

I would say they don't really need parenting lessons on upbringing, as Vivio would get the best of from both mamas:p What I imagine Nano-mama & Fate-mama would need lessons in is how to handle their's daugther bringing home a boyfriend:heh:

Does anyone else thinks the missing Due aka number 2 could be the engineer Mariel? But she does have the yellow eyes common among the numbers and when Uno said Due was already on a mission, Mariel was shown examining the sisters during their checkup, typical sinister spectacled person style

Ah yes, yuri FTW in this show, one of the main reasons I stick to watching this show, despite the loosely organized and nearly non-existent plot. First Nanoha and Fate share the same apartment and same bed, and sleep in the same bed under one huge blanket. Now they decide to adopt a daughter and try and see who's the better mama.

Gin-nee x Subaru chemistry also sparks a lot, poor Tea got shafted aside, lol. While I haven't seen beyond this ep, I have an idea what's about to happen from the blogs I've visited, but I won't spoil anything here.

The only thing I'll say is that it seems that the fact nearly all of Dr Jail Scalietti's cyborgs are voiced by Saito Chiwa (Subaru) and Kigawa Eriko (Ginga) isn't exactly a coincidence or due to shortage of seiyuu.

LOL, poor boyfriend. But Vivio probably wouldn't even be bringing a boyfriend, since she would be so influenced by both of her mamas that the concept of having a boyfriend would seem totally alien. I don't think RH and Bardiche would mind so much if Vivio really brings a GF instead.

*grins* Oh, trust me. By the time you reach episode 17, you'll think differently. though... less plot then 1 and 2? With the profecy, StrikerS already has far more intrigue then both of them combined. Add to that the unknown quantity that is Vivio, the numbers, Scagliethi and his goals... this season has far more plot then 1 and 2.

Unanswered questions and unused intrigue do not mean plot. Some questions should have been asked earlier so that there's be plenty of time to properly answer them. That did not happen in this case.
As it is, pacing problems means that all these important questions are going to be answered in the very last episodes, likely in not as much detail as we'd like.

Concidering the first and second seasons did that just fine, I fail to see the problem.

And if unanswered questions and intrigue do not mean plot, what does?

They mean plot if the questions get answered and the intrigue goes from hinted to confirmed before the end of the series. And the answers would have more impact if they were shown instead of just a statement issued by the characters. A's succeeded partly because asked the questions right in the first episodes and showed the answers a bit at a time as the season progressed.

Personally, while I have generally little complaint on the plot itself (( frankly, some exposition episodes should've been cramped into 1 instead, and some side characters really did not need to exist to begin with )), thus far, I'm not feeling the epic-ness they're trying to portray during the prophecy's statement. That's my only real complaint actually.

I'd thought that the progression into StrikerS would lead way to a more entrenched, more emotional, more destructive, world-destroying drama of gigantic organizational proportions, and frankly, I'm not feeling that. I don't care how elite RF6 is, in the end, it's just like ONE Special Task Force of an entire military.

I think that they're sometimes trying to balance the fanservice (( NF and etc )) while balancing out the plot exposition on a larger scale, and while it works...it gives a slow impression. People who came in with expectation of A's would be disappointed... most likely.
