Just wondering...Could the female charecter on kakashi's team be Kibas mother?

It's not Kiba's mother at all. I also think that she may be the Uchiha Kakashi got his Sharingan from. In the pic she was with her eyes closed- maybe a clue from Kishimoto-sama?
