I am looking for comedy that has little or no high shcool romance, like the one where the boy/girl fell in love and the story is basically is about them falling in love and in the end it is either love triangle or they fell in love none of those things.
Something like Excel saga, and FMP Fumoffu. I would also like a comedy that has a parody to other anime.

Excel Saga had high-school romance? Well maybe it parodied it.

Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya then? If anime-goers haven't seen it, then I'm likely to tell them to see it.

The episodes are aired in asynchronous order, so the *real* beginning starts at episode two. Episode one is a poorly-pieced together home video filmed by the main characters that acts as meta-parody of anime. If you get the DVD's, they'll actually follow the chronological order, but that actually kills some of the fun in trying to figure out the plot.

The anime has slice-of-life elements, high school drama, excellent humor (which often transcends the usual stereotyped slap-stick) and yes, romance. But it also throws in a bit of mystery and pays tribute to other anime along the way.

In fact, the cast of main characters are all stereotypes by design. That doesn't hurt their development or actually keep you from liking them though, but it's an obvious parody. There's a genki tsundere, a sarcastic deadpanner, mysterious transfer student, loli-girl and an emotionless girl. But they prove to be so much more than that.

Nonetheless, I'd recommend the above-mentioned series.

Are you looking for a non-romantic show about high school, or a romantic show not set in high school?

TwistedReality and capture recommended some excellent series about high school that aren't primarily romances. I'd add Hidamari Sketch (http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/958.html), another "slice-of-life" story about girls attending an arts academy.

If you're looking for a romance with older characters, I have two suggestions. Nodame Cantabile (http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/947.html) portrays the lives of young adults attending a "classical" (in the Western sense) music academy. REC (http://www.animesuki.com/series.php/747.html) tells the story of a would-be voice actress who arrives in Tokyo and ends up sharing a small apartment with a male junior marketing executive. Both are lovely romantic comedies about people past high-school age.

If you really are asking for recommendations from the enormous range of shows that are neither romantic nor set in high school (a list that includes Excel Saga), I wouldn't know where to start. For shows "like" Excel Saga (i.e., "zany"), I'd suggest Puni Puni Poemy (same producers as Excel, lot more sex), two Gainax series -- FLCL and Abenobashi Magical Shopping Arcade, and movies like Dead Leaves. All of these are licensed. If you're looking for parodies, you should start with Abenobashi. Every episode parodies a different genre including otaku ones like RPGs and eroges and global ones like Hollywood and film noir. I like this show quite a lot, by the way, and more than any of those other zany shows including Excel Saga. The characters in Abenobashi are immensely likeable, the parodies are often hilarious, and the animation explodes all over the screen. Definitely in my top-twenty, if not in the top-ten. You also might like Jungle wa Itsumo Hale noche Guu; it's funny and weird, but once again also licensed.

I second Suzumiya Haruhi. The best anime comedy I've ever seen, which also happens to fit your description. Up to you how you want to view it. I'm actually one of the few people who found episode 00 hilarious despite not having any clue about the context it fits in.

Besides the recommendations for Haruhi, which would probably fit your liking...

I second Lucky Star. It's a slice-of-life type comedy with no real overarching plot, about a group of quirky high school girls. Since one of them is a blatantly obsessive otaku, you can expect plenty of anime references and parodies. And hey, it's by the same people who made Full Metal Panic: Fumoffu!, except it's less slapstick and more dialogue-based humor. In fact, there are quite a few FMP references to be found. And of course, romance is practically non-existant. Practically the only notable guy in school is more or less just a joke character for the purpose of breaking the fourth wall.

However, I'd suggest watching Haruhi Suzumiya first before Lucky Star. You'll see why... :heh:

Gakuen Utopia Manabi Straight! (http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=4125) - i think this one fits the bill perfectly - no romance in there, so you are safe on that side.

Go no further than Cromartie High School...No romance just nonsensical, witty goodness...

Also Desert Punk (Sunabouzu) is also a favorite comedy of mine...Lots of fun blended into this highly crass, extremely colorful light-ecchi action-adventure...Episode 11 is brrrriliant (Yeah ya gotta watch it to understand, even then you still might not^^)...
