OP = Together by Akiyoshi Fumie
ED = Kimi no Soba de ~Hikari no Tema~ by Grin

I hope the ED comes up with the (PopUp. Version) as well...

Don't know about the main series. But the OST for the Movie recently released and has the movie remix of Together.
