As with the image. The premise is basically this and from my take on the trailer; you use a device called a Scanner to summon your battle creature to the field to attack your opponent's monster.

According to ANN, it seems that the anime will be done by Studio; GONZO (Transformers: Galaxy Force, Black Cat, Kaze no Stigma etc...)

For the anime itself. It's more like Fate/stay night and Dragon Drive, where the servant (being your summoned beast) does the fight for you.

From the looks of the trailer though. This seems really promising. The anime will set to roll later this fall.

Somehow seeing that promo pic, that anime reminds me of Dragon Drive.

Looks like the better animated mascot fighting serial anime ever without taking the Hosoda Digimon movies into account. Hell, it's probably the visually superior Gonzo project since Gankutsuou.

It's probably going to degrade into "OUTSOURCE HELL" like all Gonzo productions... but that trailer looked really nice.

It's not like Pokemon per se. I dunno if you watched Bandai's Dragon Drive. But in this anime; the premise is similar.

GONZO, Capcom and SNK should get together and make an anime of that delightful Card Fighters Clash game I've been playing. The Pocket Monsters concept has been done to many times already.

I'm not sure where people are getting the idea that this is an anime. It's a real game product, with a high budget animated promotional video by Gonzo. There's nothing on the site that says anything about an anime series being announced or in production.

Errr, ANN doesn't count for much. Do you have a link to an announcement of an anime series for this, or a scan, or even any solid information instead?

- Moon Phase doesn't list it
- It's not mentioned anywhere on the official site
- The trailer on the site is a trailer for the actual game, not a series
