He needs a scare on his eye but other then that it looks wicked :)

Woah... a softer side of Kakashi, not bad.

And yea... he's missing that scar on his left eye. :)

Maybe it's mirror image(and in the mirror he's headband is correctly right) :P.

Or younger Kakashi when he didn't have sharingan/scar (maybe this) :P.

Well it's just a sketch so it doesn't matter..
