What's a screentone?
It's the dotted matrix pattern used for shading. Manga artists (who don't do stuff digitally) often have a stickers to let them do that.

For cc, I think the right ear, right arm/wrist and the legs need some fixing.

i think you need to have a cleaner INKED version for the screentone to work the right way.

and the legs... they seem to look like very puffy nylon pants. try making them more skin-clingy and add a few wrinkles where they should be (aka look at your own pants for reference or any magazines).

post it up an editted version

and one more thing, try copying a single frame from a manga that has lots of screentoning. copying helps A LOT!
