Basically it starts with Battler asking Beatrice to speak, awake and smile (which he did in ep5) and then it progressively escalates into a Kinzo lookalike behavior. In the end you see Battler with Kinzo's cape scremaning that he wants to see Beatrice's smile once again, "BEATORIIIIICHEEEE!!!". Then Ronove comments he's got a dejà-vu.

Yes, something like Birthdays the only difference is they were made up by fans (except battler's). They played with the names so long until they got dates out of it.
