You know, those pictures actually gave C.C. a pretty big boost (since about a third of them were actually moe, whereas the other two thirds were just hot. [All of the Tomoyo pictures but one were just hot, too.]), so there's actually a character or two I would vote for her against (a lot more if you factor in hate votes).

I had a weird idea once that the Clannad cast were of Hinamizawa stock.


Due to the 1983 incident people moved and changed their names.

The Furukawas are Keiichi and Rena with their daughter Nagisa. Rena's been fixated on making cute bread for far too long now, and Keiichi went into acting after his performance of 1983. The drugs have helped a little as has the responsibility of taking care of Nagisa.

Misae Sagara is Mion. She got over Keiichi because Rena was so cute.

The Fijibayashi Twins are the daughters of Shion and Satoshi (who was happy to get rid of his Hojo name). Kyou has the more dangerous personality traits of the two while Ryou seems calmer.

Kotomi is the daughter of Hanyuu (still has the remains of the horns in her hairstyle). Hanyuu herself has to "disappear".

Fuko is Rika's daughter. Her "powers" have kicked in a little bit as she is always coming back.

The Sunohara's are Satoko's children. Youhei has his mother's hair and some would say luck (or lack there of). Mei has her mother's mischievousness.

The outsiders are Tomoyo and Tomoya.

Oh, no... I'm not anti-loli. I think and appreciate that they're adorable and cute as hell! But in terms of MY moe-meter, the young girls don't do anything for me. That's all. Look how much I adore Rika, Satoko, and Hanyuu, and Pino and so on. And I've voted Nanoha many times as well. So generally speaking, I'm not a big loli fan, but can certainly appreciate them :) I really don't like them in erotic or sexual situations though. Seeing them strip Nanoha down every damn transformation scene really pissed me off, to be honest; I felt like I was being forced into voyeurism, or something :heh: Wasn't conmfortable with that...

Also, the Magical Girl isn't a genre I gravitate toward, so that's another strike... but to (again) be honest, I haven't given it much of a chance, and I insist on giving every genre every chance and benefit of the doubt before passing judgment on it. Not really, as I don't vote against them every single match. Their lower tier characters(which I don't even find moe) have defeated some of my favorite characters though. It doesn't bother me when they defeat character's I don't find moe either, although there should be some kind of limit to how much they win by. Nothing justifies 80% win over a character fleshed out and moe in their own right; relatively speaking. All I know is that if any one of the top non-Kyoani characters where from Kyoani they would sweep the entire competition, Kyoani included. And I don't find C.C. moe either, which is why I rarely ever vote for it. It bothers me just as much when I see her win by such large margins despite not being able to comprehend what makes her moe.

What? Doesn't abysmal have two kinds of meanings. "Very bad" being one, and "Limitless" being the other. To say A's moe levels are limitless compared to the first season doesn't sound wrong... If you're looking for who each contestant is going against in each period, KholdStare answered. If you're looking for particular matchups on particular dates, well, they exist on the site already, but only a raw outline. Full schedules which include arena assignments are released at the end of the preceding period.

Ayu will count since either her bust is small enough or she wears loose enough clothing to appear so. Indeed Ayu is taller than Mikuru, but I wouldn't really call Mikuru loli since she's way too developed.

So Psieye's definition has some allowances while my first reaction required DFC (or at least the appearance of one).

The whole anime is so innocent and cute, very relaxing to watch (and Yurie is just adorable :heh:). High quality animation (it did recieve an award ;)), and an atmosphere that is just inbetween dramatic and dull. If you liked Ghibli stuff, you'll like this.

C.C. actually does not have an easy schedule later on. A problem might be the Emerald period, where it's possible she might win a necklace. Otherwise, (unless the hordes come in) she won't have an exactly relaxing time getting 9-0s.

EDIT: But whatever KholdStare is doing may or may not affect that. ~10% of the votes probably originate from people here. At most, 30% of voters actually read this thread. It all depends on what people are looking, and I personally feel that there are more people who were originally neutral about C.C. They're likely being converted as we're speaking though.

At the moment, yes, totally non-canon character. Not eligible for most Saimoes. Some people want her to become canon, or at least canon enough to be able to be in Saimoe. Others don't want her to be canon (for various reasons ranging from rage to "No, if KyoAni does it it won't be ours anymore".

But then again, Bruce got into SaiGAR as a pretty much made up character. (stupid that was too)

Hah, my support packs shouldn't have anything more than nudity in them. The Megapack is an entirely different story though. I collect everything I find. Haru originally made a megapack as well as some 4channer(which is where most of the doujins came from) and then I combined them with my collection. Ofcourse, I could tripple It's size at this point if I wanted... And yea, I know very well how NSFW some of the images are, I hate a few of them actually for obvious reasons... But I don't bother cycling out all images I find distasteful, because what I dislike, others may love... and I didn't create the pack for myself. :)

Oh and wow, the Kyonko images are totally having no affect on me. She looks alot like Haruhi, actually. I wonder why...
...But I suppose she IS a step up in terms of moe.

That's probably more true than I would like to admit, but there are plenty of characters which I find very moe. The Rika-neko image posted some pages ago by Crisu was adorable. Hazuki is love. And Nanoha <3
...and so is Primula. I think once I link a character with 'sexy', their moe level drops considerably. Since I don't think sexy has anything to do with moe. It explains why Haruhi is one of my favorite characters yet I rarely ever vote for her. Damn, I typed out way more than I wanted to. I'm not even sure how to make one sentences posts anymore. :(

Well Tsukasa could defeat Shinku without breaking a sweat in ISML. In saimoe 08 I doubt it. She defeated her pretty badly.^^;; I love Shinku!<33 She was my favorite rozen maiden till ouverture.

This is how I wanted Saimoe 07 to turn out:
1)Shana
2)Nagi
3)Shinku

This is how I want saimoe 08 to turn out:

1) Fate (She needs to join nanoha as a champion... And it's her last chance..T-T)
2) Sugintou (RM will probably get another season with the manga restarting)
3) Shinku (<333)
4) Shana (Sorry Shana but the others won't get a chance.. You'll probably get another season + shana-tan + OVA)
5) Hina (Can't put Hina above Shana so..='/ and you're geting another 52 episodes...)


The rest of my favorites can shuffle themselves in 6-16.xD
