We all know about Loveless (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loveless_%28manga%29) right? Romance isn't the biggest genre there though.
Erm some ones I can think of are...
Loveless
Papa to kiss in the dark
Mirage of Blaze
Sukisho
All I can think of at the moment, and some ones are more sub text than anything.

loveless is the penultimate gay show. Even I liked it.

I don't watch gay/Yaoi related anime, but there's one called "Cluster Edge" which aired in my country. I couldn't believe my eyes, even when I am at around episode 5-6, I still haven't see a female lead. The boys there are pretty gay seriously.
well... there are others anime that don't have any females present, but have nothing to do with yaoi.
Watch Okane ga nai, really cool, especially Ayase, one of the leading roles.
Kirepapa (only one OVA is out)
Haru wo daite ita
Boku no pico (it's actually shota, and just porn, so if u want a good story don't watch it, but if you want explicit content go for it)
Enzai
Kashou no tsuki
Kizuna
Mirage of Blaze (it has 13 episodes and a lot of action. nothing much on the shounen-ai/yaoi department, though a nice anime)
Zetsuai 1989 and Bronze
Sensitive Pornograph (well... it's somewhat a porn, but it kinda has a plot)
Ikoku iroku romanatan (i think just one OvA's out as well)
Kaze to ki no uta (very sad)
Our road of no return
Ai no kusabi
and.. though they were already posted : Sukisyo (really great, I loved it) and Loveless. I saw you asked if loveless has any gay love? yes it does. it's about a boy named Ritsuka, who's brother, Seimei, died, and who is abused by his mother. In the picture appers Soubi, who had been Seimei's Fighter, and now he becomes Ritsuka's. In the anime all the people have cat ears and a tail, until they take part in a sexual activity. it's actually a sweet anime, and it's just shounen-ai, nothing yaoi.

Loveless definetly has homosexual pairings etc., but it is extremely un-realistic. The world is so different from ours that the story is not so much about homosexuality, but simply sexuality, so while there are definetly a gay over- and undertone, it is not really what the series is about at all, in fact at times the series feels like they could have replaced either of the two main characters with a female version and nothing would really change. It is good, but not great if you want a real gay relationship (the manga is really good, but the "gay" side of it is a little weak.) I must admit that I have not seen the anime yet, so I am only commenting on the manga.
If you want a true yaoi/shounen-ai anime/manga look no further than Kaze to Ki no Uta (seconded), a truly great series from the 1980s which deals with the love between two boys in 19th century Paris, France and all the hardship these boys must go through to express their love. Truly a masterpiece of the sub-genre and often forgotten due to the fact that it was only really a manga with an okay OVA tie-in.
btw, shounen-ai is not the correct definition anymore for innocent/non-sexual love between boys, at least not in Japan. Rather the simple term Boy's Love, is now used to more accuratley reflect the sub-genre of shoujo that the manga-ka/director is working with.

except "boy love" has a very distinct pedophilic meaning among the Western populace. I suggest not using the term if you don't want people calling the FBI on you. =P

LOL, I am glad I made sure to emphasize that this is the name for the sub-genre in Japan, and not in America. We, undoubtedly call it shounen-ai, because of the negative slogan "boy love", which is funny since shounen-ai literally mean boy-love anyway. So, no matter what we are talking about boys in love, or someone loving boys. Damn, we are screwed :D.
Additionally, the live action film Boys Love from a year or so ago, is pretty good :).

I meant among non-intarwebz people, people who probably think all anime is porn anyway.
