is there any good mature genre , such as seinen or josei manga. The main goal is mature but if its action type make sure theres romance. The best example would be b reaction with him falling for his teacher and his teacher is a fighter and she whipped his ass even though hes suppose to be like a champ. Dont worry its no major spoiler. It does not have to be action at all, unbalance x unbalance is sort of what im looking for.

Any one of the manga written by Hoshino Yukinobu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yukinobu_Hoshino).
One of his famous is 2001 Nights.
I also recommend Blue Hole, a time traveling thriller where modern man is stuck in Cretaceous Period and fights against dinosaurs and various other elements of nature of that period to reach home.
Great read.

Along the same lines as Tri-ring, I recommend Yoshihiro Tatsumi (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yoshihiro_Tatsumi). Amazing mangaka that, in many respects, created the entire Seinen grouping of stories.

The Push Man and other stories is probably the collection with his most famous stories detailing various stories of modern life in Japan. Not for the faint of heart, stories of rape, abortion, murder, perversion, and other aborrhent human qualities are detailed and explored in these quite shocking, but beautifully drawn stories. What is even more amazing is the fact that most of these stories were written in the 1950s and 1960s.

One more that just came back.

Hokuto no Ken AKA Fist of the Northern Star.
This is one of those manga and anime that really make men feel manly.
Sin, Rei, Toki, Southea, Raoh,Shu,Fudo, Yuria and Ken
All had charismatic character that pulleed the readers.

The manga is significantly better than the anime, actually it is astronomically better, but it is in no ways a "mature" manga (unless you count ecchi fan service as being mature). Rather, it is a very good Shounen title. I recommend it, but not as a mature Senein/Josei title.

Here are some names you may want to check out if you are looking for mature manga.

Naoki Urasawa

I don't think you need any explanation for him. The author of Monster, Master Keaton, 20th Century Boy, and/or Pluto.

Fujihiko Hosono
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fujihiko_Hosono
Another famous name. His earlier titles were for shone but with Gallery Fake and/or Double Face he hade completely changed his style.

ゼロ THE MAN OF THE CREATION
http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E3%82%BC%E3%83%AD_THE_MAN_OF_THE_CREATION
This is another interesting title. If you like stories like Master Keaton and/or Gallery Fake then I think you will enjoy this as well.

Motoka Murakami
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motoka_Murakami
This author is famous for writing stories like Jin and/or Ryu both great to read titles.

Moonlight Mile

ive been drawing for a long time and i got into anime and now i enjoy manga but i want it to follow through realistic measures or mature type decisions something like monster. i tried making a manga for a school project and it came out good but it wasnt my manga in a way because i summarized a book that had a realistic tone about murdering a teacher if anyone has read "killing mr Griffin" , and i suddenly got intrested about making a manga myself with a seinen type of plot, so you guys are really helping thanks alot, i want to get the flow of panaling the story better so reading more mature manga will relatively help and i know that reading other types of mangas help too but im rather intrested in older peoples views of things

If you are interested in the editing process (i.e. the transition from panal to panal) in many respects, comedy manga is what you should study. Comedy is intrinsically about timing, and many comedy manga (especially 4-panal comics), will use the shift from panal to panal to detail specific story advances far more inventively and elabrorately than dramatic manga series (which are set-up more like a film layout). Not to say that one is better than the other, or that comedy manga-ka are better at panaling than dramtic manga-ka, it is simply eaiser to study comedic timing than dramatic effects.
