Handsome guy? That's quite subjective, and since I'm also a guy, I can't really comment. I would say that Nodame Cantabile fits best, but are you looking for a harem? If you are, then try Love Hina, Nagasarete Airantou, and Rosario + Vampire. If you're just looking for handsome guys, then try Ouran High School Host Club.

Oh okay, so harem/super power? Damn, you need to make up your mind. You can try Inukami!, Mahou Sensei Negima!, or Maburaho.

Ah, so now there's action with comedy and romance. A lot of things are like this, but if you want some magical girl anime, then you can try Cardcaptor Sakura and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha. The former is mostly comedy/action for the first and second season and romance for the third, and Nanoha is mainly action with...er, traces of romance/comedy. In short, it's more serious. For other anime that fits, you might want to try Elfen Lied, SaiKano, Gunslinger Girl, Cowboy Bebop, Full Metal Panic!, Chrno Crusade, Mahoromatic, Shakugan no Shana, Zero no Tsukaima, Fate/Stay Night, sola, Rozen Maiden, Code Geass, and so on. There's way too many anime that fits.

Can you see the problem...... I asked for the main character to be a Boy not a girl.. Like... Cardcaptor Sakura and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha.. and Gunslinger girl Chrno Crusade and Shakugan no Shana.. I'm not sure about the others..

Oh okay, sorry I skipped past the male character thing, even though you had it in big letters. Anyways, no magical girl, no Gunslinger Girl/Chrno Crusade/Shakugan no Shana, forget about Mahoromatic and Nodame Cantabile, but everything else should be fine.

Nodame Cantibile could still be watched it doesn't really focus on just the girl, the guy has the main role from when I watched it he drew me into the anime more than any other character. I also like when animes are about the Guy more since its just odd being in the womans mind since I see myself in the animes afterwhile I get into them, and I enjoyed Nodame Cantible so I would still recomend that and I second Shuffle! aswell as Ichigo 100% it has alot of what your asking for. I also could recomend Love Hina & Love Hina again if you have not already seen them, it deals with alot of girls!

Many of these anime are unclear of who the protagonist is. I personally consider Chrno Crusade to have two equally important leads, so there you go. Most of the harems are in the point of view of the guy, but usually the plot focuses on each single girl separately so in the end, who knows? And yes, watch Nodame Cantabile anyways. The focus is on both leads, male and female.

Dude, if I totally misunderstood your post, I'm sorry. Comedy/Love-Romance/Super-power/Harem types you say?

Well, the obvious choice (and most likely you've already seen it) is of course Kanon (2006), the KyoAni version. The story focuses on the guy but does indulge in giving the girl for each story arc their background. But it has everything you asked for:

Action/Supernatural - Check
Harem - Check
Romance - Check
Comedy - Check (He has a very sarcastic humor, though; think Kyon from Haruhi Suzumiya)

Which actually brings up a point that The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya might also fit your tastes (though the romance and harem themes are a little more subdued, but everything else is there in full bloom with moe to spare).

Katekyo Hitman Reborn! has comedy and action and one-sided love. Note: serious actions start in around episode 20. Premise of anime is about training a boy to become a mafia boss. More serious actions have now started in the latest arc - ep 74.

Honey and Clover - lots of comedy and romance. No action though. Premise of anime is about college art students.

Full Metal Panic - comedy, action and romance. A teenage solider disguising to be a normal student to protect a girl. You can imagine all sorts of mayhem that results from it.
