Episode 20:
-Lelouch questions himself the reason he is fighting for, the memories of CC haunt his mind.
-Kallen decides to follow her heart and follows Lelouch in Guren. The ensuing conversation makes her realize Lelouch will never love her, but she decides to do whatever to make him truly happy.
-Suzaku is confronted by Lloyd about his true will. Lancelot Albion is introduced.
-Schneizel declares a coup d’etat against Charles. The nobles attach to him and while Ragnarok soars the sky he forcefully declares himself Holy Emperor by ordering the massacre of the entire royal family to his special forces. He declares his empire the New Holy Republic Of Britannia.
-Plans an assault on Ragnarok, to stop Charles’ plans
-Charles orders his closer knights to fight against Schneizel. Knights of Round fly to his aid.
-The episode ends with Suzaku’s choice of bringing down Britannia. He declares that a massacre is now inevitable.
-The Order of the Black Knights becomes Schneizel new group of dogs.

Episode 21:
-Anya is an important part of the Emperor’s plans, she is the one that carries “Marianne’s Memories”.
-Gino allies himself with Schneizel forces
-CC recovers her memories thanks to Lelouch’s passion. CC talks to Lelouch about Marianne’s demise, Charles’ true objectives and the reality behind Geass.
-Lelouch decides to stop Charles, but to first defeat Schneizel and use Britannia’s army against his father.
-Lancelot Albion flies toward the Ragnarok, is encountered by Galahad

Episode 22:
-Narration is now by CC and Lelouch together
-Lancelot Albion is at first on a completely different level when compared to the Galahand, Ko1 unveils his closed eye to reveal a Geass.
-Ko1’s Geass allows the user to see the future. However, all it predicts is despair. Ko1 seals his own eye since he isn’t sure if the Geass itself only predicts or if it causes the tragedy to happen. He is now unstoppable and Suzaku can’t touch him since he now predicts his movement.
-Orange arrives to help Suzaku. He talks to him about loyalty, not to your ideals but to those you love. He ungeasses him and Anya, and tells him to run away. To look in his heart for the answer. Orange is ultimately killed by the Galahand.
-Kallen must fight the Black Knights.
-Episode ends with Lelouch killing Schneizel, becoming the new Emperor of Britannia as he is the only living member of the Royal Family.

Episode 23
-Narration is still by Lelouch and CC
-Cornelia confronts Lelouch about Euphie.
-At the end of the episode, Lelouch and CC are nowhere to be found.

Episode 24
-Narration is by Suzaku
-Suzaku’s past is detailed in this episode. His ancient lover is revealed.
.-Nunally is still alive, teleported by the Charles alongside Sayoko and Rosenmeyer
-At the end of the episode, Lelouch and CC appear behind the Charles. “Check”, he says.

Episode 25
-Narration is by Nunally
-Anya confronts Charles.
-Suzaku inherits Charles code. Brings Ragnarok to the bottom of the ocean, thinks to himself that he will remain there dormant in Lancelot only to awaken when a new catastrophe surfaces.
-Lelouch and CC
-Nunally becomes Empress of Britannia as the only living heir.


Cornelia at ep. 22-23 makes no sense, everything else is very possible

Gino attempts to help Suzaku. He and Anya help Suzaku calm down.
Gino blames Kallen and Zero for what occured to Suzaku.
The Tristan is nearly destroyed by the Guren SEITEN. Gino's fate is unknown. Tristan is recovered and reequipped (by whom?).
Bismark is defeated by Suzaku and the Albion, Suzaku becomes the KoO. Galahad is destroyed.
Albion wields Arondight and has the Shield of Lancelot.
Remaining KoR appear on other fronts under the command of Odysseus and Guinevere.

The reaction Anya had with Lelouch was due to CC's memories.
Schneizel and the UN reach a 'peace' with neither side gaining ground. Japan is turned into a nuetral zone due to FREIJA and the Order's actions to turn over Lelouch. That was the deal put down by Schneizel to the Order.
Schneizel and Cornelia discuss Charles' plans and Geass. They act against Lelouch and later Charles. This diverts their attention from the war.
Schneizel plots to use FREIJA against Charles as the Sword of Damocles.
Cornelia is heartbroken when told of Nunally and Guilford's death. She blames Geass.
Lelouch is reunited with CC and Jeremiah. Anya is also there.
CC was scared of him during mutiny. Happy to see him normal again.
Lelouch begins moving against Schneizel and Charles.
Ragnorak forces the UN and Britannia to cease their war. Lelouch takes advantage.
The new Tristan appears.
Guren SEITEN is pushed to its limits and is destroyed protecting Shinkuro. Kallen's fate unknown. (I can't believe this one)
Suzaku and Lelouch work seperately, but against a common enemy, in Nunally's name.

Will CC prove to be at first against lelouch but as time of bonding came she betrays Charles and Marianya. Thus leading to her saving Lelouch and LElouch being the only one who gets out?
Or will Marianya be good?

Thus i think Sunrise has done a good job of keeping the key episode under wraps.
Everyone is meeting in that K island. Thus 21 the truth will be reveal while in 22 the story reaches it's climax and now the fight is pretty straightforward

The way I see things... I think Lulu is going to go super crazy when he finds out his mother is alive and then that C.C was hiding all this stuff from him... I don't think he's going to be too happy in the next episode knowing that he was being deceived for one reason or the other... whether his mother and C.C have good intentions... we will see.. I think C.C is confused as to where her loyalties lie... Its obvious shes going to help Lulu somehow or the other in the end though

I've been thinking about how, in the turn 21 preview, the picture where it shows V.V. and C.C. with the Geass tree in the background reminds me of the ragnarok mythology. In the legend, only 2 human survive the ragnarok (Lif and Lifthrasir), because they hide in... a tree!

Actually, this tree is the World Tree (Yggdrasil) which supports the whole world. But then it is quite easy to find the analogy between the legend and Code Geass : since the tree symbolises the Geass, then it would basically mean that the 2 survivors will be saved by the Geass. Considering that apparently only 2 Codes exist and that these very Codes will save the 2 people who have it from the ragnarok thanks to immortality, the analogy is quite obvious.

But then, the image shows C.C. and V.V. being the 2 survivng humans, and we saw Charles taking V.V.'s Code, and also try to take C.C.'s one. But why should he need both? And why C.C. was surprised that Charles took V.V.'s ? We also saw in Ep 15 that V.V. was in love with Marianne, and that C.C. was willing to give her Code away.

My guess here is that Charles and V.V. had planned to trigger the ragnarok, with possibly Marianne getting C.C.'s code (granted they knew she was alive), but then Charles changed his mind (or he lied to V.V.) and decided to get V.V.'s and C.C.'s codes to be the one reunited with Marianne, here again granted that there is a way for him to kind of pass down a supperfluous code to any Geass user he choses, or something like that. We saw in a recent Ep (I don't remember which one) that Charles wanted to destroy the world in order to build a new one without lies. And to build a world, usually you need to be at least 2, so I don't think he was planning to be the only survivor, and I don't see anyone else he would have wanted to survive with. Of course this would imply that Marianne is well aware and part of that plan.

Well, it seems a bit messy but I can see a revelation of this kind next episode.

So what do you think, have I gone senile yet :D ?

The way I see things... I think Lulu is going to go super crazy when he finds out his mother is alive and then that C.C was hiding all this stuff from him... I don't think he's going to be too happy in the next episode knowing that he was being deceived for one reason or the other... whether his mother and C.C have good intentions... we will see.. I think C.C is confused as to where her loyalties lie... Its obvious shes going to help Lulu somehow or the other in the end though

I agree Lelouch is not going to know what to do when he founds out about all this stuff very soon. I'm assuming maybe C.C. does something to get Lelouch back to the real world.

In some ways it seemed that the way C.C. would tease Kallen is a lot like Marianne was always teasing C.C. The things Marianne says are so often the kind of things C.C. says.

Because Lelouch cast Geass on all those people and forced them to kill each other, everyone and their grandmother now think that that is part of the coup d'etat. In reality, of course, only Suzaku is part of it at the moment (Lelouch isn't out to oust the Emperor and take his place, he's opting for a double suicide).

Nevertheless, noone knows this yet (it doesn't really matter either - there are Britannians killing Britannians and the Emperor is around there somewhere, too), so it's easy for Marianya (who can see and hear the "coup d'etat" happening both in the sky and on her intercom) to use the situation to her advantage. So in order for Bismark not to suspect her presence at Kaminejima, and because she has no time to explain everything to him, she opted to pretend that Bismark himself is part of the coup, thus diverting his suspicions (not a very bright guy, is he, our revered Knight of One?).

Well, you know someone is going to die at the end of this. Schneizel seems pretty certain, but I think Gino has a big death flag waving around.

My reasoning is that he's big character of teh season, but he's the only one with no real connection to Lelouch's past. Everyone else, even Anya, is somehow connected to Lelouch. Gino still has no idea Lelouch was Zero.
Gino's character has always been shown to be very friendly with Suzaku and he was talking about how he's never seen him smile. I think he would have some heroic death saving Suzaku.
It just makes me curious about what his character is there for if he's only connected to Suzaku.

Seeing how Bismark is bowing to what appears to be Schneizel. I wonder if Suzaku and Bismark will battle to see who will be Knight of One. the summary of the episode says they fight. It would seem silly for Suzaku to get this new KMF and now win. Does that mean Suzaku will side with Schneizel? he only force that could possibly oppose it is the Guren.

Well, you know someone is going to die at the end of this. Schneizel seems pretty certain, but I think Gino has a big death flag waving around.

Seeing how Bismark is bowing to what appears to be Schneizel. I wonder if Suzaku and Bismark will battle to see who will be Knight of One. the summary of the episode says they fight. It would seem silly for Suzaku to get this new KMF and now win. Does that mean Suzaku will side with Schneizel? he only force that could possibly oppose it is the Guren.

That sounds so sweet and heart breakingly romantic. I would love it to be true, but I HIGHLY doubt it. It's the Kallen crying in his room part I think. Finding her sad in he is room is believable. Wouldn't Kaguya have to know about Lelouch to make the Three Court Ladies of Lelouch? I don't see Lelouch coming out till the end of the episode.

I would argue they are close emotionally. She's dedicated enough to die for with him. She asked what she is to him. That's not a question to your friend. In this episode he shows her trust to her as well.
I thnk if you watch all the previews of the episode after her capture, extended or regular, Kallen is mentioned in almost all of them. Even at the end of the extended preview for episode 19 he is heard yelling that he will save Kallen.
Not to mention Lelouch actually apologized to her. When does he ever do that.

Now location wise. I don't think they are near enough and I don't see how you even get the mood for that to make any sense in the next episode.

I wonder how people will react one it turns out the good old charming Schneizel was the one pulling strings. I'm not saying that it was obvious or anything but I would expect the people around him to have had some suspition of his motives and the moves he was making rather than going just by word of mouth. How must the Black Knights feel, being used by Lelouch and now by Schneizel? They can't catch a break but I guess it could be Karma even if deserved or not. However, Zero turning out to be a Britannian Prince and Daddy Charles being out of touch with the present must of been the perfect cover and camouflage for Schneizel to roam about.

I wonder really, what his motives and reasoning behind his actions are and what he has in store. I can't wait to find out. I wonder if he will let out a big bad villian laugh in one of these episodes? I hope so.

Well, its interesting to note that Schneizel and Kanon both use 'kimi' when refering to those of lower rank, male or female. So Kanon is a possibility, especially given his odd reaction this episode. Gino could say it to Monica, fully possible. No one is going to say it to Cornelia, everyone uses 'denka' for her.
