Yay~ thread created~

While there was various parts modified for the worse in this episode, it wasn't as horrible as last episode since this episode/chapter is mostly comedy/not related much to the story and there wasn't much changed (since they followed the novel... mostly).
I'll give the episode a 7/10. A lot more pointless than the previous episode, but a lot more tolerable too.

Finally, Beatrice makes her appearance, and as always, annoying (she looks/sounds cute though... but still, annoying). And her followers even more annoying. :rolleyes:

Some of the comedy this episode worked, like Louise acting by herself and Siesta seeing her or the final moment where Siesta and Louise find Saito groping Tiffania.
On the other hand, the breast jokes remains boring, like the headmaster wondering if Tiffania's were real.

-The anime didn't really bother showing how popular Saito became after he came back... Which kind of reduced the entertainment of his drop in popularity after the Beatrice event... They still showed it though.
And Katy/Katie/whatever her name loses her only other appearance. :heh:
Thinking about it, while they cut out some needless stuff, they also happened to cut out some of the funnier stuff (Monmon...).

-The sudden "Oh, elfs might be nice after all, let's be friends" felt a bit too sudden...

-The Undines are a lot less cooler here in the anime, huh...

just finished the RAW.... This episode was so funny....
I didnt understand alot but this is what i got from it...
What i got from it was about Tiffania being a elf and louise being pissed at saito for being more destracted by Tiffania and not paying attention to her...
that scene with her doing role playing and Siesta walking in was priceless and her perverted dreams lol....but that blond headed pigtail chick(Beatrice) annoyed me alot...and i didnt like the whole groping Tiffania breast...makes me fell bad for Louise...but i laughed alot so thats all that matters...
i also hope they do something to make SaitoXLousie fans feel like they have some kind of relationship...they seem to be pissing eachother off more this season then the last...or maybe its just me...and who else noticed saitos hair getting longer?

I don't know how to take your comment, but for edited frame I meant I added more brightness and contrast, not that I added the finger. I had the suspect the frames were PURPOSEFULLY darkened because in the right bottom of the frames there were a costant black area, corresponding to the zone of contact between Saito's hands and Tifa's breasts. It seems I was right... :heh:

im not ordering anyone around you know. well sorry if i sound that way. its just unusual for the release to be this slow. first three episodes where translated quite fast. and when i said feared, what i meant was that fansubbers might be loosing interest because of the declining quality of ZnT. Look here, Code Geass was like subbed in less than 24 hours because it's popular. That means ZnT might be loosing popularity. that's what i meant so don't Jump the gun on me okay. and also im not one of those people who wait for alms like a beggar, i'm making an effort to learn nihonggo, so it kinda hurt my feelings. i still a long way to go. Although i could understand some simple nihongo thanks to anime and my relatives who lives in Japan...

Well sekidousai, ZnT anime was never on the top but it is always doing pretty fine. Yes it is not as popular as ZnT novels,still anime is doing pretty fine in popularity ratings, not superb, by all means (it will never be so good) but pretty decent.

It's just that already two fansub groups doped it for one or the other reason.

I can see where the issues are coming up. ZnT's popularity decline is leading to it's bumping down on the priority list. I wouldn't be surprised if they start lagging behind episodes. Guess we just have to wait till the groups feel like subbing them.

Also, to clarify, there are still 3+ groups subbing this, although it's been dropped by 2 groups already.

Now you're in a panic as well. eclipse subbed code gease quite fast and then ep.5 slayers, but still no ZnT. It seems ZnT is being pushed down from the priority list. (hopefully not totally dropped:heh:) Anyways there are still a lot of ZnT fans(me partially fan ^^), so in time it will get subbed one way or the other. Hopefully no one posts some spoliers before it gets subbed.

The grab+Louise and Siesta seeing him is in the novel. The sudden "are your breasts real?" was done better in the novel and wasn't as sudden, by the way. But good ol' J.C. Staff doesn't give a squat.

Im loosing my respeact for Saito bit by bit .... i cant believe he is the same guy that faced a whole army while having no other reasons but to protect the girl he loved and all because of stupid funservice.

But what annoys me more is that everything but the fanservice is great... Siesta opening the door when Louise was kissing the pillow, Saito deciding to kneel and beg so he woudnt get "his loved ones" involved was nice and Louise saving the day because they woke her up was all too good to be spoiled by that stupid ending -.-

it was a really funny episode, made me laugh all way through. i'm not complaining about the fan service, it's not the aggressive type where it's waved without meaning and all the time in front of your eyes. as for the feeling of missing general plot (what happened with Joseph's conspiration ? , we have now ep 4 and 5 shoving us just tranquille all-day-life at the academy), i've gotten used to it from season 2. standalone episodes, this is annoying

im talking about the anime... and the way they showed it, Saito and Louise promised each other at the church making it clear their love for each other before they had to part ways... (Louise thinking that she was going to delay the enemy while Saito was thinking of taking her place).

you certainly got a point here. until this episode he was just looking after other girls, and all situations were he got close to other girls weren't directly his fault (cant remember another situation were he willingly got into physical contact with somebody else than Louise). as i dont take Saito from anime too seriously (this boob-grab is just another gimmick devised by the script-writers to pour fire over SaitoxLouise relation and to give us lots of explosions each episode), i dont find this that offensive. trying to get your girlfriend into bed against her will is far more bad, like he tried in episode 1.

In novels Saito does not know about Louise's feelings and though there are more signs of love he is never sure till she tells him openly and Louise, of course never does.

Short and sweet this episode was not very impressive but it was not god awful either. Amazingly enough the parts i enjoyed were Louise going Ape shit. I mean we have seen her pissed off before but DAMN not only was injured in the initial blast but he was overcome with his manly desire with Tifa asking him to feel her breast i mean come on what straight guy could resist that? A faithful one thats who I am not as pissed at him as some but im also willing to cut him some slack with him still being a horndog teenager. What worse that the above mention? The fact that not only was Seito caught with his hands in the cookies jars but he was beaten by Louise and Siesta talk about pain.

I gave it a 7/10 for very amusing parts. But the series is still lacking the depth that i would like and for some reason i am hating the animation with the fire of a thousand suns. But im sure i will warm up a little more once the story actually gets moving.

Im going to go with not understanding the full weight of the promise that he made. He is at an age where he should start realizing there are other things besides boobs but hes not quite there yet and that is a maturity problem. But then again how mature is Louise her antics in the first season were funny and understandable and even in the 2nd season for most of it i could put up with it but now her tantrums are getting pretty annoying, but i have faith that her and Saito will learn their lessons but still have that abusive beating relationship but i would also like to see her treat Saito as a lover and not just as a servant or a familiar caring about someone should go beyond being a dog or servant.

This episode was nearly flawless. They added some serious depth about the consequences of Tiffania's heritage, and the bold action she made to reveal herself upon the entire school.

The Elf nation was at constant war with Halkeginia's human population.

For centuries the Elves were demonized in manner of sorts at every context of Halkeginias' literature, war, politics, and particularly religion.


No doubt that Beatrice was particularly a bitch towards Tiffania due to simple fact that the latter unwillingly and unawaredly grasped the attention of the whole boys' and part of the girls' population at the academy.

Jealous and frustrated, Beatrice began to bully and attempting to humiliate Tiffania. Fortunately, Guiche talked his way out before Beatrice to get both Saito and Tiffania out of trouble for the time being.

He's got enough common sense not to mess with the daughter of the Imperial Duchy of Kuldenhoff, who commands the strongest order of Dragon Knights in all of Halkeginia.

But the worst thing happened right after Tiffania boldly chose to reveal her Elf-heritage before everyone at classroom.

Beatrice unjustly had her tried for an inquisition to force confessing about Tiffanias' religious affiliations. The real grain of the issue here was that Beatrice did it selfishly to cause harm and public humiliation to Tiffania before the sights of everyone.

My kudos this time are granted to Guiche, who even desiring public attention and praise knowing full well the consequences of interrupting the Inquisition, joined arms with Saito to challenge the Dragon Knights. This in turn provoke the domino effect to have all the Order of the Ondine Knights to enter the stage and support them.

At the end, Tiffania showed her feelings for concern and worry to Beatrice, and sincerely confessed to be willing to make friends with her and, thus, dispelling any sort of prejudice and fear to both Beatrice and the entire school.


The episode would have receive a perfect '10', if it weren't for the plethora of questions asked about whether Tiffas' breasts are fake or not, old Osman attempting to take a poke at them, and the infamous scene.....

were Tiffania goes to Saito's ward and asks him to touch her breasts to feel for himself whether they are the real deal or not, resulting in Saito's breast grab.:eyespin:


Aside from that, the comedy moments were golden, particularly Louise's monologue impersonating Saito as the "dog", and she as Louise, the stubborn "master".

As much as I understand and relay most of the people's reactions here towards Saito, if some drop-dead gorgeous woman (not just elf mind you, woman) asked me to check to see if her large breasts were real, I certainly would despite any relationships, and I'm at least 7 years older than him. I'm sorry if this makes me a pervert, and I may not be grasping the situation very well due to my lack of understanding of the Japanese language, but I think I would take a free boob-squeeze.

True, but if you cannot stop yourself then you will never have a stable relationship. it will only be based on boobs at best, because you would not have any trust about you to make something more solid.
