Nijū-Mensō no Musume (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=9163) (Chiko, Heiress of the Phantom Thief)
I ran across this at the Star Crossed Anime Blog (http://psgels.blogsome.com/category/current-series/nijuu-mensou-no-musume/) and it looks pretty damn good.
I tried doing a search in here but I don't see any reference to it. It showing now in Japan and is available in RAW but no one has Fansubbed it since it's Licensed.
Anyone know if any got out fansubbed before they put the lock down on the series? Anyone have plans on fansubbing this when it's released on DVD?
