Media Blasters have already licensed Mezzo TV (Mezzo DSA) :(
Princess Tutu is licensed too but don't know who has it yet as well as Scrapped Princess (AN Entertainment tried to get Scrapped Princess but it was already licensed by someone else).

Yeah, Scrapped Princess has supposedly been licensed for a while now. Whoever holds the license seems to reluctant to come forward, though..

Scrapped Princess is licensed??? At least I got all the episodes but why is it still listed in AnimeSuki then. I don't want Princess Tutu to be licensed yet cuz I don't have all the episodes yet. I also wonder who has it.
I know that Mezzo is licensed but I don't know who has it. Why do they license stuff too early???

Too early for what? If the shows don't get licensed soon after they air, the overseas interest dissipates. If the shows are being licensed while still in production, it helps the Japanese companies out.

Actually MB was first involved with Mezzo TV but last year at a con they said they sold the rights for the show. So somebody has it but again no one has yet to annoucne it.
Again most of these shows are rumored to be licenced and hasn't been officially announced as being such. Wait until the anime convention season starts rolling where most big studio's announce their big name licences.

Princess Tutu and Scrapped are both by unknown. Stellvia and Narutaru are also in the same catagory. Most major listing places that separate licensed and unlicensed do not go based on "unofficial" info. They do not consider a forum post or interview where someone says they dont have it to be official enough to say someone has it and most databases do not have the "unknown" entry. Media Blasters sold the mezzo dsa license to unknown parties as well.
