Well, if anyone have been following SRW, Super Robot Wars, they've been merging 15 - 25 mecha animes in one for a long time.

And what's more amazing is that they actually create storylines better than the originals, the latest SRWZ made all of us love Gundam SEED Destiny and Shin.

Personally, the two series that I would like to see merged would be Nanoha (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magical_Girl_Lyrical_Nanoha) (Post A's/ Nanoha is still 9), and Sailor Moon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sailor_Moon) as it would be quite interesting to see how the girl's different "philosophies" (No holds barred "befriending" versus "power of love"... Also other elements in both would be interesting to see...

By replacing Lelouch with L, but keeping the character design of Lelouch. At the same time, replace Lelouch's manipulation geass with the kira geass would be awesome.

Kuro no Kishidan would become undefeatable and united. Under L's leadership, nobody will need to make a sacrifice, except L himself. After all, L did sacrifice himself in Death Note by making himself the test subject of the Death Note rather than using somebody else.

Instead of recruiting the ace pilot Li Xingke and Empress Tianzi, the recruited pilots should be Suzaku (Lancelot) and Gino (Tristan). I know Gino is on the side of the Holy Britannian Empire, but that's because he had no idea what Prince Schneizel as planning. Gino is one of the best Britannian pilots and his Knightmare Frame also greatly resembles Heero Yuy's Wing Gundam.

Actually I'd combine Monster & Oblivion (video game).

Imagine playing Oblivion, but with Johan everywhere, and you're just following Johan's footsteps around the globe. Okay lets also imagine that the "world" would be bigger and a little safer too (in Oblivion, outside of towns a normal person would be lucky to not to be killed in a couple seconds).

You could have a lot more interesting story and game, and of course you'd have a great nemesis. Then all the Monster story lines like the main dude being a criminal and Roberto popping out of every corner with his zweihander and greasy smile (yes, greasy smile). Well kinda copy Monster completely to the medieval world! Add a bit of Berserk to the mix to pump up Dr. Tenma a little so that you can actually fight in the game.

Fruits Basket + School Rumble : The characters fills the missing personality types in the other anime series, so this is something that may deserve serious considerations.

Fate/SN + DragonBall : Imagine Goku as a servant and Archer looking for dragonballs to combat the effect of the Grail. Wait. This already happened in doujinshi world.

Trigun + Black Lagoon: Would Vash's head explode from all the death and mayhem, or would Revy just empty a clip into his face?

Gintama + Bleach: Gintoki already said he wanted a sweet bankai, plus he has the unique hair. He's basically a pothead Ichigo on valium, but he brings the freakin' thunder when it's time. And Inoue sucks so replace her with Kagura,

Samurai Champloo + Bleach: I'd just like to see Mugen and Jin as shinigami, and imagine if Bleach had Champloo's animators... Mugen would probably be the second coming of Kenpachi.

Naruto + NGE: I hate Shinji more than any other anime character ever made, so swapping him out for a wet fart would be an improvement. I'm pretty sure that somehow, some way, Naruto could find a way to get a rasengan out of an eva. Then Shinji and Sasuke could go have an emo tea party about their crappy families.

Gurren Lagann + FLCL: I think the epicness would rival the big bang, and your head would probably explode after watching it. But it would be totally worth it.

Asura Cryin' meets Basquash! - Because if you have giant robot-like things, you may as well play basketball with them.

GA Geijutsuka Art Design Class meets Hidamari Sketch - Nothing odd about this one. Just a natural crossover between the art lovers. Though seeing Noda and Miyako on the same screen would be a joyous event.

Getsumen To Heiki Mina meets Fight Ippatsu! Juuden-chan!! - Electric and eclectic as the bunny girls suit up into action to...well, if it involves sports in some way, they'd both get involved.

Queen's Blade meets The Sacred Blacksmith - I'm pretty sure they exist in the same fantasy world. You just have to look on a different continent. Cecily vs. Leina for dominance of the world!

Umi Monogatari meets Umisho - Mysterious newcomer Marin joins the swim club. Fanservice and partial nudity ensues. For bonus points, I can work this one on the Yukari Fukui factor.

Gargoyle of the Yoshinagas meets Kanamemo - Lesbianism, newspaper deliveries, flying jump kicks and supernatural oddities dealt with by Norio Wakamoto's voice. The weird dichotomy works in favor of this one.

Shakugan no Shana meets To Aru Majutsu no Index = epic battles, slice o' life and a romantic subplot. perfect match! Though when they are mixed up, we'll see Index chewing on Yuji's head as well.

Code Geass meets G Gundam = Lelouch would have to endure the bondage-like scene of wearing clothes tighter than Suzaku's suit before he could enter his Nightmare Frame. The same goes for Kallen, CC and pretty much everyone else. :P

Peacemaker meets Rurouni Kenshin = beyond epic.

Lupin III meets Cat's Eye = This will turn out to be the ultimate fight on who's the better thief.
