I can translate from english to french easily, and I am willing to help, just ask!
Hum wasn't Le Collège Fou Fou Fou licensed in France? :)

It was; however, I think the company who has licenced this show had some problems with the japanese rights holder, explaining why they only did the first tape box. I have no clue about the current state of the licence though.
As a side note, the dubbed version of Kimengumi High School (know in France as "Le collège fou fou fou") is far better than the original one, it is rare enough to be noticed.

What he wants is people to translate from french to english, to create scripts he would later use to do the english fansubs (maybe with a revision by a japanese translator).

Maybe I'm intrested.. The show, is it that good??
It's an old show and you can definetly tell it's been made back in the 80's be it because of the animation quality or the charachter's look.
Otherwise, I remember it as one of the most funny and delirious srie of my youth. Now, I watched a few episodes some time back and I didn't find them that funny anymore. But I'm sure it'll still appeal to kids everywhere :).

Sory, I don't realy understand... as far as I know the serie in France only exist in a dubbed version... with no censure I think (or maybe in the dubing wouldn't surpise me at all!)... anyway you can't translate from a dubbed version, can you ?!

I only watched the first episode in both french and japanese version, and there is a tiny cut in the french version (just after the kimen gumi shows up for the first time). Should not be hard to find someone to translate few missing lines from japanese.
However, the french translation looks pretty strange sometimes. When the teacher is asking questions, and Rei keeps raising his hand, Rei falls down when noticed by the teacher. I don't understand japanese, but in the fansub version, Rei's line was "white..." while he was watching under the skirt of girl. Just after, he gets kicked by the girl. In the french version, it is something like "Oh, the teacher saw me after all", and you don't know why he is being kicked.
If I could watch it again, I would probably find more exemple. Just be aware of the fact that the french translation is probably far away from being accurate.
