Ah, so i am reviewing Full Metal Alchemist Episode 13 and I have seen something unusual. I, unconsciously, counted the bullets that Hawkeye shot at Black-Hayate and it was six. If you see the bullet holes. There are 7. Unusual... yes...
Check it out...

Hawkeye is the female state alchemist always following Mustang around(remember when she stops him because it's raining), and I think he means Scar not Black-Hayate(?).

Black-Hayate or Black Thunder is the cute dog that one of the officiers picks up because it's cold and alone in the rain. She shoots the dog to put action behind her saying she is a discplinairy and strict person. And I don't think Hawkeye is an alcemist. i mean why whould't she use her powers on Scar instead of shotting him.
