About Captain Tsubasa DVDs

I'm not sure if Im posting this in the right place but I think I do. The one about DVDs is about licensed animes. Anyway,

I was looking at Captain Tsubasa's DVDs and it says: Dialogue Japanese, Subtitles: English/Chinese.

About the subtitles, do they mean: 1- English and Chinese at the same time
or 2- English or Chinese (deciding)

You can switch between chinese and english. Most likely those dvds are bootlegs, though.

Nice thats what I wanted. I was afraid that English and Chinese subs appear at the same time, that would take a lot of space from the screen.

What bootlegs means?

Bootlegs are illegally distributed dvds in this case.
I could be wrong, as it depends the company.
