If you're a guy, you'll play a round or two, miss like a couple shots and they say "maan, you suck!!" or they just start flaaaming away. For girls, they just get hit on or something sexual gets said to them. I don't do that though. Hmm a animesuki guild lol? You have to be atleast a silver ax to make a guild and it cost 20k. I think I have enough in one of my accounts to make a guild if I wanted to. Imma reinstal GB today Ill get back to you guys.

I haven't played a single game i like my last 25 where SOMEBODY hasn't dropped or lag-deathed. Thor's Hammer slows the game down incredibly...but if it removes "teh hax0rs" then I'm all for a little bit of lag.

What do you guys have as your setup? I.e., for Tag matches, if I'm the host, I allow Dual and Dual +, as well as the big Heal. No tele.

I play as JD and Grub, so I use my first turn to dig them into a hole, and if they miss on their second shot...Tag, and then SS with the Grub. :)

for me I got Music Volume at 0 (Uses anime music on winamp for morale boost \o/ )

Well, I can deny on that, it for good of GB....

as you read in my post...Im the turtle user, on all my games I use 2 Duals and a standard Teleport for tight situations, (eg: possible DK(Double Kill), bunge (a situation when someone makes a hole and drop you off the map)

close range I do a guarantee shotgun......

and for long range I use shot 1 for guesstimation and short delay, and shot 2 if shot 1 connects, never use turtle SS because my lack of knowledge to use the SS properly

I use A.State now-a-dayz :P found this mobile very cute ^__^ you can hide under your op and tab it... it hit directly ontop :D does lotz damage if you use it well. :D i usually stock up / 1 dual. dual+(can be very critical) and a TP or another dual. NO HEALINGS.. er.... i think itz kinda er... yeah... i dont like to have healing items. :P

if close-close range. able to finish op in 2-3 rounds.
-SS on first turn. -dual on 2nd using 2. ~~ probably you left w/ 5%-25% health.

if long range. 3-5 rounds.
-single to test shot. then use 2. 2 again. if possible SS./ dual using 2.

if thor is on... makes easier kills.... :P duh~~

No not really no story behind them. After I get banned from the newb servers I usually get bored playing all the 1337 people and go make a new account lol. Pro's are sometimes fun but you have to play to serious if you want to buy stuff for your character. In n00b servers you can screw around as much as you want =P. I get critised for having so many accounts sometimes lol half the time I just leave my gear off in the avatar off noob zones. As you can see though I have only one guy that can go in there now -.-''. BTW Gunm3tals13 is my most decked out girl. SHE PWNS ALL! Full S.W.A.T. gear, laser gogs, Ox shield. I did have a full attack guy but i changed around some stuff.

I don't care so much about people having healing items because I use the JD. When I bunge you...you're dead no matter how much health you have. With the JD's suction ability I can afford to be a little less accurate and still get the desired results. I've seen a lot of A. Sate users who end up laying the shot up short so it shoots stright down behind them. Plus hurricane's totally screw up the A. Sate's shot. Not only does your marker have to fly through the hurricane right, the lasers do, too.

So for me, I dig people into holes...ruin their angles...then slowly kill them. In tag...I kill them a lot faster.

Ahhhhhh, yes, GunBound. I've been playing for a few months, now. I've got 2 accounts . . . and I think I have a bit of a Miko (priestess/shrine maiden) thing going. My 2 accounts are: CabbitNoMiko and SasamiNoMiko. CabbitNoMiko is double axe; SasamiNoMiko is double stone hammer. And if someone is interested in making an AnimeSuki guild, I'd be interested in joining. In terms of avatar, I'm more interested in getting delay reduction. I'd rather shoot more often and kill 'em faster than worry about defense. Shooting faster is sorta like having defense. Oh, and I'm a Mage player. I love that mobile. Shot 1 for estimation/bunging (shot 1 makes big holes!), shot 2 for massive killing (even worse when thor is active), SS for breaking shields. Oh yes, and both accounts are female (since I am a girl), so I know the whole guys hitting on girls thing. It annoys me to no end, so I just ignore 'em and show 'em what I can do instead. I've also got a few other friends who play, and I play with them too. Dmg/turn increases when I play with 'em. :)

I played GB for a few days, but I honestly wasn't having very much fun. It takes way too much cash to buy avatar items, and I'm not willing to pay REAL money to get them. There were too many annoying elements in the game. And yeah, most of the people I met were real assholes. Every asian girl I met in there was really mean and when I told them "you know you aren't a very nice person" they would always reply "I can't help it, I was born that way" :frustrated: What the hell, that's the worse excuse for poor behavior I've ever heard

Why do you assume they were Asian? Or Girls?

95% of the people I've met in the game that acutally speak are assholes. I've met Nazi mofo, Jewish pride mofos, people that just WILL NOT SHUT UP, people who are dumb enough to think "Negro" is an insult, people who think they're cool because they figured out a way around the swear filter, hackers, you name it.

But Softnyx isn't any of those people, and they made an awesome game, so I put some ACTUAL money into the game. Bought myself a decent outfit. As soon as I use it, every moron in the world is calling me a hacker. Like they the concept of spending money on the game is like so foreign to them, it is more likely that I hacked than paid...that's how stupid people there are. But I crush them all and move along...

For me, I'm pretty much restricted to the J.D. and the Grub. I'll use the Raon Launcher every once in a while, for the mines.

Is it just me, or are most of the SS shots worthless? I've only seen two of them do over 500 damage, the Grub and the Mage. Most of them look like they have this HUGE area of damage and do a much smaller radius they also generally only do 250-300 damage, and I can do that with a Dual +.

The only reason why the Mage SS does over 500 is 'cuz it cuts through the shields and that actually counts as damage. Against a non-shield mobile, it only does 250-300 dmg. Grub SS does obscene dmg assuming the victim's in a little hole. But the point of the SS is that it's the one shot that does the most dmg in one go, and for less delay than say, a dual or a dual+. But if you ask me, I'd rather do the extra dmg using dual. It hurts more, and with the correct event running (oh, say, like thor) you can get up to 600 dmg. (Boomers and Mages can do that; shot 2 + dual + thor.)

Once I do, I would join the guild; if you all do not mind and if it is indeed created. I use Lightning.

I tried gunbound but I instantly saw it as very addictive and I've had ENOUGH bad experiences of getting addicted to a game and not doing my homework. So I sadly had to stop early on. I think it's INCREDIBLY cute, though. And like I said, addictive........

I do agree that most people on the servers are idiots; most 1. don't type very well as they're all the impatient, do-it-now sort who must be like that to keep up with the game. 2. Aren't your highly-educated intelligent wonderful people, just your average person wanting to play a game. 3. I tried gunbound but I instantly saw it as very addictive and I've had ENOUGH bad experiences of getting addicted to a game and not doing my homework. So I sadly had to stop early on. I think it's INCREDIBLY cute, though. And like I said, addictive........

I consider myself an "above average" player.

I'm not interested in joining a guild because most of them just suck and they cheat. Like one of the members will make a dummy account and when in a match, the dummy account player will attack his/her own team and thus making the guild(which was the opponent) rank better and gets gold, etc. I'm not saying that the ASUKI guild is like this, but i'd rather be safe than sorry.

Ionno wasnt my idea. Its more of a why not type thing i guess. we are always in the avatar off zone so stats arent really an issue. Ionno it was just an idea that was brought to my attention to make things more intresting I guess. We do need to concentrate on getting that guild war organized though !!

I have now 3 avas in GB YES!!!! My first is the thxgiving suit, thxgiving hat, monkey mask, and casket. I call that one my money suit.

Suit number 2 is school uniform, sensor helmet, robot X, and monkey mask soon to be black painting. I call it nightmare sasuke when the black paint is on the face.

suit number 3 my newest one is officer uniform, sensor helmet, rimless specs, and robot X. I call it hughes ava. I tried looking for other hairs, but the sensor helmet actually does quite well as hughes hair.

Someone somehow managed to convince me to install GB but I can't update it to the latest version. I downloaded and installed gunbound_gis_fetch_295.exe but what am I suppose to do with the files it installs in fetch?

I don't think you need to do anything directly with the files, but when you start the program it should download the updates and then prompt you to login or create a new account.

The servers have been a bit slow/overloaded lately, though...

if i am not mistaken you need to be a silver axe be4 you can join a guild. but no worries just add any anime suki guild member and you are good to go just play and hav loads of fun :D

You should get a pet 01/02 with that money.
go for either of these two sets:
1. Cheifhair=250k
Golded Armor=250k
Pet 01,02=125k
Robot X, Golden Hammer (preferably robot x) = 250k, 65k
2. Golden Helm=350k
Arch Angel=200k
Pet 01,02=125k
Robot X, Golden Hammer= 250k, 65k

Second set costs more by 50k and mostly everyone goes for set 1 (50 defence /w Robot X and substaintial amount of attack around 25 depends on the pet and flag combo plus it has 12 health)
The second set is mainly for defence with near 50 armor (48) and a good amount of health. It'll have fewer attack then set 1.
Basically people choose set 1 for more damage and set 2 to be like a tank...
