I was wondering out of curiosity which fan sub groups will likely be interested in fansubbing Saint Seiya Tenkai-hen when it is available to do so? ...Also Anime-Haven..if you are still out there please consider going after this movie...the work you did on Saint Seiya Hades was phenomenal....Also...just as a side ?, about how long does it take for a recent theatrical movie in japan to make its way to fansubbers?

Unless someone comes across a leaked screener (do Japanese movies have screeners?) or a cam capture, you're going to have to wait until the R2 DVD comes out. Then, there's the usual subbing time, which is on average 3-4 times as long as a typical episode.

Oh, and keep in mind that the current Anime-Haven fansub team has changed at least 2 times from when Anime-Haven first started fansubbing.

Yes, Japanese movies have screeners, I remember A-kraze got one for a movie and fansubed it... I can't name which one, as it was licenced.
