They are both done by Hirasawa Susumu.

The OP title is called: "Yume no Shima Shinen Kouen" (Dream Island Reflection Park)
The ED title is called: "Maromi no Teema 1" (Maromi's Theme 1)

side info 1: "Yume no Shima" (Dream Island) is a man-made island in Tokyo Harbor where garbages from the Metro-Tokyo area are collected and dumped into this one island. It is very cynical that the Metropolitan Government decided to name the place "Dream Island" when it is place used to dump trash. In the OP sequence, Chouno Harumi/Maria are standing on "Yume no Shima."
