Speaking of the "L" word, I've read on another messageboard that Funimation has registered fullmetalalchemist.com
Take that as you will. :uhoh:

Well a series that's this popular isn't likely to stay unlicensed forever. I think we all know its just a matter of time... :upset:
Hopefully we'll get it over here in the UK as well since its a nice action series.

Or lord, FMA better not get licenced half way or something.
But on the bright side :D
great scans man.

Take it with a grain of salt. Funimation seems to like sitting on domain names. They've owned theprinceoftennis.com since January 2003, and gashbell.com and dokkoida.com since August.
Great scans! ^^
Thanks a lot. :D

why do some people spell winly with an "r" i know that it can either be an "l" or an "r" in katagana/hiragana... but... i think the L makes more sense.

I'm using 'Winry' because the groups that I get my subs from use 'Winry' [Keep-ANBU].. and the name 'Winry' was used in the November 2003 issue of NewType. It's also printed [in English] in the character pages of the manga.

Hmm good points. Here are my arguments:
Winry - Sounds cute and lovable.
Winly - Sounds serious and protagonistic.
