Hey all, new to the community (so don't kill me if this has already been posted a million times) just wondering what video games you currently play, and are looking foward to buying?

Right now I would say I am hooked on Warcraft3 The Frozen throne (mainly), Call of Duty, and the Unreal Tournament 2004 demo.

I haven't played a video game in a while cuz I'm broke. However, when I need to kill a bit of time (like 15 mins to 1/2 hour). I play Return to Castle Wolfenstein Multiplayer. Mostly because it works in Linux without the need for me to emulate it. I do have a copy Baldur's Gate II which I keep promising myself to seriously play and beat cuz I have barely scratched the surface. However, I don't really do that. I used to play Counterstrike and Team Fortress Classic all the time but haven't in a while.

Note:TheLaughingMan, there is a sub-forum for games which would've been a better place to post this thread. (not killing you, just informing :) )

Currently I'm playing Unreal Tournament 2004, but I can't wait till Ninja Gaiden comes out for X-Box

For some reason I thought this forum was JUST for "anime" related games.

Also, besides looking foward to Unreal2004, the game Painkiller (http://www.painkillergame.com/) looks pretty sweet. I am a sucker for those "real time physics."

Hmm let me see. Right now I am in the middle of Chaser. I just finished Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 and am in the beginning of Champions of Norrath. When I get a chance I play some Silent Storm. Then there is Beyong Good and Evil. That's pretty much all I'm into right now, I think. I havent played as much as I like recently because I need to clean some of those unseen eps off the HD. :)

I'm also playing Silent Storm. On my PS2, I'm playing Gladius, and on the Cube, I'm slogging through R-Racing Evolution, and playing FF: Crystal Chronicles with my friends once a week.

right now i am playing Final Fantasy X2 and diablo II (still....) im trying to force myself to finish Xenosaga and FF7 but just can't get around to them. there are so many games on the market now i need to buy, for example, final fantasy XI, .hack quarentine, call to power...it just seems like there is always a game to buy:(

Right now I'm playing Priston Tale a free MMORPG I downloaded for the PC, Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom (PC) DDRMax (PS2) and Metropolismania (PS2). There's more I could be playing, but I don't wanna. Next I want to actually buy FFX-2 and beat it a second time since I've already beat it once, but not with the perfect ending.

Anyone here paying to play FFXI? If so is it worth the money?

Right now im playing FFIX, just completed Call To Duty (The Russian part was the best), next game is FF:CC when it comes out in a couple of weeks :)

I have two friends who are both hopelessly addicted to FFXI.

I don't play much games these days due to school work... but I manage to get in a couple games of warcraft frozen throne and naruto 2 in during the week...

I waiting for metal gear solid 3, halo 2 and gt4 .... those games are going to be great!

Only the trusty CivIII right now. Picked up "Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex" today, but haven't tried it yet - and won't for another month or so...

well... rite now... for PC: i am totally into GB heh~~ sometimes still W3... but less.... i use to play it 24/7 ... now the passion just slowly frails.....

That game's not so hot. I played it at E3 last year. Using the right analog stick to do all his kicks and punches SUCKS.

Well that's your opinion. As for me i bought the game it turned out be one of the hottest and coolest games I ever played :D. It also has a great story.
