Download Problem: Bad File Description?

hey! whenever I try to resume an anime episode download, a pop up error that says "IO Error [Errno 9] Bad File Description" (actual spelling). and stops the download. does anyone know how to fix this? (This happens everytime after it checks for the existing file)

Yeah its the same for me except it says lO Error [Errno 9] Bad file Descriptor i need help ;_;
