I don't know of any anime fansub named by that. Pehaps you have it confused with Star Ocean EX (http://animesuki.com/series.php/146.html).

either that or he meant the upcoming Ragnarok online series, but didnt know it doesnt come out for another month~

I'm looking forward to this one although I just quit RO recently and watching this might get the MMORPG juices flowing again... *sigh*

Actually, I think there is a Ragnarok EX. And it is not based on the MMORPG i think.

If you use google and search for Ragnarok Ex, you should be able to find a wallpaper of it.

Looks pretty good, Don't know if it's from anime though.
