Try this website. Its under Manga Projects http://www.adachiuniverse.t2u.com/ I believe they only have

chapters 1 and 2 done so far. There still in the progress of doing it, so you have

to wait for the rest.

I don't remember that particular rule about unlicensed manga... I imagine it would be rude to ask about downloading anime, though.

Where are the rules at now, anyways?

Dear Boys Act I and Act II are bloody underrated. Just because they were drawn by the mangaka that did G-Taste, (( and is filled with bishies, especially Act II where the character art were more....beautified )), there seem to be this biased opinion that Dear Boys, as a high-school sport/drama manga isn't that good, compared to per say, Slam Dunk.

Their relationship is pretty much the same. He makes it clear he likes her and while he does take initiative sometimes, he's never aggressive and respects her and wants her to like him from her own heart as well. On the other hand, while Satomi had shown no indication of liking him romantically, she doesn't dislike him and gets along rather well with him, even if awkward since she knows he likes her.

So, it's still the same kind, but better. They're more honest and understands each other better, but they're not a couple.

It's bad enough that Dear Boys Act. II is VERY basket-ball centric, and less on schoolkids drama, especially the later volumes. Some are just basket-ball and basket-ball and basket-ball almost none stop. Even with the most canon pairing, Aikawa x Mai had only a few romantic moments in 20 volumes. (( About 4 or 5 or so. ))

Its on volume 25 or 26 right now. Was in the latter stages of the national quarter finals where i last left off. Not in English obviously. You're out of luck.
