HI, my friend an I are looking for some good 2 player games for snes. weve already finished contra III and double dragon. So if anyone can give me some gams for snes plz post it here :D

Super Battletoads and Final Fight 1-3 ... good games from back in the day!

edit: check out Saturday Night Slam Masters and TMNT: Turtles in Time as well.... I completely forgot to mention those and those are some of my favorite SNES games... :D

Ahh!... i know a great 2 player game for the SNES called Seiken Densetsu 2 (or Secret of Mana in America) Great rpg very fun to play. I consider it one of the best games for SNES. Also if you like this one, check out the rest of the Seiken Densetsu series:)

Secret of Mana - IMHO, the king of multiplayer games for the SNES
Super Mario Kart - You know a game is fun when you've played it so many times you can actually hit people with a thrown banana peel.

Seconding Secret of Mana. (Just hit Start on controller 2 to get the second player.)

Super Bomberman 3 looked fun when I played it at a cousin's place, even if he kicked my posterior so very hard for that entire five-hour run.

LoL Super Bomberman 3 was so much fun, especially with all those Kangeroos and their special abilities.

I loved the jumpping Kangeroo the best. You can jump over bomb blasts :)

Oh, try out Super Contra.

The game is insane, especially once both players get two different guns each, and if both players continually switch guns while firing. The game got hillarous when we went for 'Maximum Saturation Fire' (Spread/Homing & Spread/Flame). So many bullets on the screen at the same time. Nothing survived, NOTHING! :heh:

Yeah you can play the entire game with a second player. Thats what makes the game so great. Also if you press select, second player can choose between the two accomplices

TMNT IV: Turtles In Time absolutely rocks, my first SNES game, incredably fun to play with a friend.

Oh yeah this one is great too. it never gets old lol. but then again neither do any of the TMNT games.

And i just remembered some more games..
1. Kirby superstar. I think this is the best kirby game that has appeared and is alot more fun/easier with a 2nd player.

2. Zombies ate my nieghbors. At first this game looks very tacky but is actually an awsome 2player cooperation game. Not to mention ridiculously hard. I've gotten up to about 60 some lvls and still havn't beaten it

About seiken densetsu 2... You need to get to a point in the game, before getting the second character. It can take I'd say.. humm.. 30-45 minutes? Doesn't take really that much time, but depends on how fast you get to it of course.

Pocky & Rocky 1/2, a very nice anime-spirited game. The difficulty is pretty high, so be prepared to quick-save/load often. ;)

Also one of the less-well-known is Maui Mallard in Cold, a Disney production but pretty good (got high reviews too, at that time).

i liked two player cooperative games like...smash tv, or super smash tv. the double dragons are good, and battletoads. also secret of mana like people said. mario kart was really fun too.

I'd like to add a game which I always enjoyed playing with my friends: King of Dragons. It's basically a scrolling fighting game with some (well, just a few) RPG elements. Quite simple, but I like it.

If you like RPG's, then immediatly go get Secret of Mana. ;)
