Just so you know, deviantart.com has some stuff that is, shall we say, ris-que. Porn isn't allowed, but nudity and sexual situations are, just to give you a heads up. Probably should have mentioned that earlier. Anyway, you need to have a membership to access the more 'questionable' material anyway; membership is free though, so it's no big deal.
I think that Suzaku statement was just metaforicall, as in the flashbacks you have him and Lelouch equiparating 'Geass' to 'wishes'
