Oh... I'm weird. I never actually ask people to be my friend (since I see everyone here as one to begin with). Everyone on my list asked me...

So I wouldn't say I was ignoring you... I just see everyone who hangs here as a friend thus making the button being irrelevant. Since the thread has a small amount of hardcore users I remember everyone without issue. Though my stance on the irrelevance of the friendship button won't cause me to deny someones friendship request on principle. That just be stupid and rude. I'll adimt the tool is useful when the threads start hitting thousands of members but since the Claymore thread isn't that size... I'd rather rely on my own memory than a + next to someones name.
