Yes, I can highly recommend it. It's a "slice of life" series, so there's no cohesive story or real build-up to something; each episode is about enjoying the interactions between the characters, and discovering the world within the series. It's fairly slow-paced and quite relaxing. It's not for everyone, but it was quite popular among anime fans.
