I did more or less figure she'd be a must have for you.
Aside from some $30-35 stuff I got as souvenirs at cons I've always end up having to take a pass on these figures since I'm a student and don't want to have to explain the expense to my parents. Especially since I want to do a massive overhaul of my aging computer gear at some point in the next couple years. Usually, I don't regret it too much, but this is one of those cases where I suspect I'll end up giving in and paying through the nose to acquire one in good condition a few years from now, along with the GoodSmile's versions of Hitagi and Hanekawa. That pose... especially from 3/4 angle.
I got into a facebook chat with the Tsika model tonight. She's hilarious. It was nearly 2am in Poland, the more she chatted (sleepier she got), the funnier and more excited she got about the chat. Ostensibly we were just discussing some of the contract details but it quickly derailed into a brainstorm of her suggesting ideas, showing me outfit elements, and such. Extra silly was added because English isn't her first language and she was smacking her head repeatedly over mistakes and happy to have someone to practice her English with.
Funny girl. They're cutting costs because the photographer's boyfriend is a bass guitar player and he has access to a stage. The light engineer is being paid with a case of beer. I know the photographer does excellent work but it's kind of funny how amp'd up they're getting.
Most of what they've done has been "goth vampire peaceful cemetary" stuff and this gives her and her photographer some "kick ass" to add to the portfolio.
I hope it works out. I do have another Elisanth photo I could use but I'd rather use it on the Japan volume.
Ah, when you said chatty I wasn't sure if you meant in a verbal sense or a messaging one.
I admittedly didn't see White Album 1's second season, but I'd tend to call White Album 2 a standalone sequel. It shares the musical theme and the characters are learning a song from WA1 as their opener, but that's about it. Characters are all new - perhaps not surprising given the nearly twelve year gap between the respective VNs.
I've actually finding I'm liking Golden Time more as it rolls along - the characters are largely being "stupid freshman" and the drama is progressing like a freight train, but somehow the characters have become endearing and their interactions seem pretty solid. Especially now that Kouko has backed off her creepy stalker routine a bit. Plus Chinami is pretty cute.
Yup, I discovered the Moon Phase - Bake connection during the first season and yes, it is infinitely just and righteous.
I have no idea what the young lady sounds like. I get the "chatty" feeling because she sent me about 15 messages in a quick string as thoughts ambled out of her head. Will let you know if some audio settles the matter at some point. I really find it hard to take my eyes off of that b&w twintail pic though. Sheesh.
Golden Time ... I'm having trouble staying interested in. It may not be the series fault it may just be that I'm otherwise focused. Is it a good idea to watch the first season of White Album? or can I watch WA2 and then go backwards for a prequel?
White Album 2 has been great so far. Haven't seen the first in years so it's hard to say how it holds up (though most people seem to like the new one better).
Also: Kouhei and Araragi are played by the same actor? How did I not know this? That means that Moon Phase and Bakemonogatari's use the same seiyuu for their respective lead couples (Saitou Chiwa being both Hazuki and Hitagi amuses me to no productive end).
