I don't think so, mostly it's because I don't give 5 stars to a new series unless its first/second episode really (really) impressed me.
There are several series aiming for the top this season, such as Railgun S, Shingeki no Kyojin and Suisei no Gargantia. Plus there are two excellent comedies such as Hataraku Maou-sama, Hentai Ouji, and perhaps OreImo 2. Also RDG for some mistery. Not a poor season at all.
Shin Sekai Yori is very good, it has its fair share of mystery, psychology and survival horror traits that make it fascinating. Plus I really like the protagonist, Saki, she's both cute and smart and I love her voice (newcomer Taneda Risa impressed me there).
Sakurasou is keeping up at a consistently good pace and it is doing exactly what I expected it to do. There have been many good episodes lately and sincerely the imouto one was the weakest of the series. In addition Mashiro is already a strong contender as best female lead in the next AS annual contest.
