I use CCCP 9-08 and CoreAVC. My computer is fast enough to play it, so I know its not hardware.

OK, I've been working this problem for a week, and I'm running out of ideas. Am hopeful someone here might know the secret.

My main machine has a Core i7 processor running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with 12 Gigs of ram and an ATi Radeon 4870 card with it's own 1 Gig of ram.

I have tried XVID4PSP (wouldn't recognize the Subtitle in the MKV container, and wouldn't load it if I extracted it first to an SRT), Minicoder (dies during run, I suspect an X64 issue), Handbrake (dies during run, I suspect an X64 issue) and finally the SVN beta of Handbrake which does the encoding, but doesn't recognize or include the subtitle.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So a week ago I upgraded to Win 7 like a lot of other people, and I downloaded the newest CCCP... I've always used ZP in the past, but the latest CCCP doesn't have it? So anyways, I went and downloaded the basic (free) version from their website but whenever I use it to play media files the picture looks really poor and jaggy. From another thread it seems like it's a video renderer issue, namely that I'm not using EVR, but I don't see that option anywhere in ZP? So does the basic version not support that? If I download one of the other versions will it support evr? But then aren't those ones you have to pay for?

I've tried using MPC in the past but I didn't really like it... mainly due to the (apparent) lack of playlist support, or at least easily accessible support like in ZP.

So can anyone help me out here? Am I just missing something in MPC to make easy playlists? Or am I missing something in ZP for setting EVR rendering besides buying one of the versions?

I have a new pc, so I didn't notice any slowdowns on the files I tried, even some blu ray rips. However, does anyone know if there's any way to make the subtitles show up? That's a big bummer, as I can count on my hands the number of Japanese words I know.:heh:

Hello.
I want to load/switch to a separate audio file in a mkv video (kinda like how you would do the same with subtitles). Is there a way to do this while not muxing the audio file into the video file? The audio file is flac format and I use MPC.
