or if you want to make another world place ask here, that's all i ask.
i'm sorry if my rp sucks the next couple day, if i'll even come online, i heard some bad news and have to settle some things. again sorry.
No problem dude. Do what you gotta do.
I have a suggestion: You all work on you're roleplaying potential alittle better. (One liners are, in my opinion, dry, stale, and doesn't get the story anywhere.)
I've roleplayed on several sites, Battle.net being one of them.
I'm not saying this to be particuliar pompous, but a good amount of effort should be put into roleplaying.
1-2 liners are horrid, and I find them more annoying then anything. My standard of a 'roleplay post' is 4-8 lines, detailing being important, but not overly so.
alot of better people out there, always will be. But learning is the key to measuring their success, and yours.
^_^;... U-uhmm.. I don't suppose me saying that broke any rules?
I don't know if quantifying the quality of a post works. I would agree that this group does seem to take a while to go anywhere, but I've definitely seen far worse, and at least no-one thinks they're in Twilight. (Thank God, too.)
Quality >< Quantity. But that argument aside rather than holding yourself above us, Mister High-And-Mighty, tell us what we can do better.
Actually, he has a point. In my group I put a rule up saying to avoid one liners at all costs. I know this is a little hypocritical, since I have posted my fair share of one liners, but alot of times there is nothing else to post, since other people need to be there for certain actions. I usually only attempt to post one liners if no one else is doing anything. It shows people I still exist. He isn't acting all High-and-Mighty. He actually has a very good point.
I would have to agree, one-liners do tend to drag things out. On the other hand, just because a post is over three or four lines doesn't mean it's good.
and i gotta say one-liners may stall it it but also makes shure there is something to say the next time, if whe rush it whe might run out of things to say very quickly.
i definitly do.
This is very Important! From today until next Monday (Feburary 22nd) I will be unable to post. I have tried to keep my characters out of the way, so that their absence won't be missed, but should anything happen, I am entrusting
Heroslayer and only Heroslayer
to act in any of the roles I have used.
I'm back from mah vacation!
YAY! It is great to have you back Ray! How was it?
Friggin' awesome. Arizona has birds and cacti and coyotes and these weird wild boars called javelinas and lots more cacti. Also, really good weather.
Good for ray So what did ya do in arizona?
Ahh Arizona, if only you had a beach.
I saw some awesome military stuff, including a Titan missile silo, and also did nothing. Which is fun.
too bad for arizona.
Well I suck at and don't particularly enjoy swimming, so no loss for me.
Good for you then ray.
Javelina's are also called the collared peccary! (Sorry I had to say that...)
