By Haruki-induced do you mean something supernatural or just something unexpected but not completely impossible?
On that note, Yuuki would probably automatically know if Kyonko was ever in trouble.
It's his love radar.
No, it's for other people when they get NSFW stuff, so there's a list of people who want it. I don't have anything that hasn't been posted or PMed already.
First choice would be Itsuko. After that Tsuruya to a lesser extend.
but he might just choose not to intervene if he finds it not life-threatening.
Even if Yuuki doesn't have a cellphone, he probably has a cellphone number.
Because, you know, alien.
If that doesn't work, she'd call Tsuruya.
Also, why would she call Itsuko? She hates Itsuko.
Hate is probably too strong of a word, Kaisos... More like "uncomfortable" and "dislike."
Besides, Kyon does feel like Itsuki always has the answers with his constant little smirk.
If she was in real trouble and couldn't contact Yuuki... well, it depends on where in canon this is placed.
Before Vol. 7, Itsuko. After, Tsuruya.
'chest rivalry'? lol
I don't really see hate between them.
And I suddenly wanna see a crying Kyonko running to Itsuko with the latter acting like a big onee-sama~
Definitely unnatural trouble. Of the very obvious and embarrassing sort, although it could be lamely explained away, along the lines of Shamisen talking or such.
And timeline is vague, but probably before Tsuruya gets placed in the Trusted position.
In that case I smell a ItsukoxKyonko story.
Then she'd call Itsuko.
Probably while grumbling about desperate times calling for desperate measures.
@Forceflow: The animosity between the two is similar to the original, with the added fact that Itsuko is prettier than Kyon-chan is.
@Kaisos: Agree on that but I tend to see them as being abit close than with the un-genderbent versions. Merely on the sheer fact of both of them being girls.
Edit:Either that or I enjoy my fanart too much~
You enjoy your fanart too much.
Have some fanart.
So how did Haruhi get in contact with Yuki for the Valentine's Day cooking session at Yuki's place? And didn't Kyon call there at some point (or was called from there...my memory is sketchy on Book 7 right now.)
He wanted to. He's God in his universe.
I hope Furyofthewolves returns, because the patchwork (if by that you meant revising) of the -ism logos is done, except only the original paint files, and they need vectrin'. Go see in the thread.
So I'm new to the genderbending business, but is fandom becoming somewhat canon with the real series?? It seems so real.
Not canon, just that the core concepts have taken hold among certain portions of the fanbase in a memetically interesting way.
It's a fascinating study, especially considering the usual fragmentation of fandoms.
Or just a manifestation of his/her divine will.
But its sure is interesting and the way how everyone's gender has been bent...it really matches them. Though Itsuko sure has taken a liking to Kyonko...
sounds like the same way how Kyon felt towards Itsuki's "face to face" conversations.
