You play VNs, but don't read books? I find that a bit odd.

Books usually don't have pictures of cute girls accompanying most of the dialogue...

That isn't why I play visual novels.

I like books but somehow never have enough time or attention span for them...

So what do you do in the bathroom?

Either reference books or a cel phone with Internet access.

Ah. I stay the hell away from anything resembling reference books while I'm in the bathroom since reading is about all I do during the day. My bathroom reading had better be entertaining reading.

Depends on what one is referencing now doesn't it?

Motivation, Motivation, Motivation....

Aside from the programming aspect, does anyone have any objection to "borrowing" the Dramatic Battle idea from Street Fighter Alpha? (2-on-1 battle, or in SFA3's case, 1-on-2)

If it's done, however, it has to be restricted to one or two pairs. And while I'd love to recreate the scene, Asakura vs. Nagato and Kyon(ko) probably wouldn't be a good idea(though, one of the Kyons vs both Asakuras would be deliciously evil... as would anyone vs the wrath of twin Suzumiyas)

We should have at least one CRACK character. I recommend Haruhi in the God Emperor's armour.

... explain how that would be any different from regular Haruhi, or why this really needs a fourth Suzumiya

Considering we could have dozens of Mikuru/Mitsuurus based on age and costume.

The standard CRACK Haruhi character seems to have become Konata for some reason.

... Does "Achakura with Weaponized Umbrella" work well enough as a CRACK character for everyone?

Achakura will be a broken character, she is so tiny that no horizontal floating projectile can hit her.

75% of normal attacks can't hit her, unless a low attack.

When she crouches, she has full invincble frames.

But her damage modifier is 5.0, she takes five times damage.

Basically, what Servbot/Kobun would've been if it were actually usable.

I like my joke characters lethal.

Achakura would effectively be Neko-Arc then.

I'm all for it.

I think there should be the Computer Club President(s) in this game. See, we could have something involving Haruki liking that Sagittarius game so much that the version of the Computer Club President in the game becomes real... and she (And he, if it's a crossover) tries to exact revenge. It could be like a boss fight if there was a story mode!

And some specials could involve the CCP's ship firing its cannons?

I think I should probably include a list of characters that have been either considered or decided upon so far:

Definitely included:
Both SOS Brigades. (along with powered up forms of Haruki and Yuuki.)
Ryou
Ryouko (as well as Achakura)
Mori, both/either (complete with More Ammunition Than God)
Tsuruya, both/either (just have to think of what to do with them, movewise)


Considered:
Battle Waitress Mikuru (Though, it'd just be Mikuru in a different outfit, with her specials replaced with various beam weapons)
Day of Sagittarius CCP, both\either

Decided against(for now...):
Kimidori, both/either (I'll admit that I actually considered this at one point. Would've either been a movelist comprised of various moves borrowed from the Brigade, or been a straight-out ditto fighter if we went the 3D route. However, there's no real basis for inclusion, other than me just plain liking the character)
Nano-kun (project is still in planning stages, plus this should probably stick to Haruhi/Haruki)
Shana-kun (I have no idea what to do with him... and again, we should really stick to just one project for now)



Is there anyone that's been brought up that I've forgotten?
