Ahh yes that Kiss between our Miss Chidori and Leo the smooth talking bad boy with old mans hair.
I remember it clearly, (because I love this show lol), It was a shame that he was her first kiss and it annoyed me for ages, but look at it this way...
The kiss from Leo was a stolen kiss, something she had no control over, I like to think that a kiss is something that has to be given, never taken, so Chidori's first kiss is still hers to give.
And i really want to see her admit her true feelings for Sgnt. Sagara in an animated series
