Hiroi Sekai, meaning "vast world" in Japanese. The title symbolizes the blog's attempt to connect the Western world of entertainment to the Asian ones. We do this by writing in a special manner where different segments introduce people to new mediums in interesting ways.

Anime B&B is my own personal blog dedicated mostly to anime, though I do touch occasionally on Japanese meals/recipes. I'm planning on including some video game and Japanese novel reviews soon.

I have this nagging feeling that I've seen your blog before. Either way, it'll be a good chance for me to make sure I've seen it this time.

I've definitely seen B&B but not Hiroi Sekai. My blog's Traveler on Revenge though I really don't put much effort in doing anything. When I find something worth talking about, I blog it but there aren't much commenters for me to share it with.

Lost in America, pretty much anything anything Japan-related but I cover 10-15 new series a season and a few ongoing manga.

Behind the Nihon Review, which is not solely my blog, I do not own it. It's the other half of the Nihon Review, which is a database site for reviewing anime. The blog acts as the place to give more insight into the individual staff members, including me. We talk basically about anything anime, meta anime related, or sometimes just things Japanese related. It varies on the person.

At the moment we're trying to pump out 2 articles per week. We supposedly value quality over quantity in blog posts . If you can believe that bs.

Oh, but I DO believe in quality over quantity ^^ It's the very reason I don't do episodic posts since I burn out very quickly on them.

I believe just post whatever comes into mind. The fresher, the better. I mean its my blog so I just write what I want to write. Though it does become masturbatory material at times.

Hah well it's certainly easy to say that when you're running your own blog, but we have multiple staffers on nihon and struggle to get 2 articles a week out . We're just lazy and pretentious.

My blog is obviously Chikorita157's Anime Blog and I usually write every day with episodic posts and an editorial or feature once/twice a week. I'm also ingrained in the Aniblogosphere anyways, so I spend most of my time there... Also on Twitter too.

Oh, and for anyone who hasn't done so yet, submitting your blog's feed to one of Danny Choo's .FM pages, you'll get more views from there as well.

If you've got a featured image on a post then it'll automatically make a nice little icon on the feed. My last two Exploring The Music posts and the Highschool of the Dead review are still lovingly sitting in the Japan subsection for Otaku.FM, for an example of how it automatically archives stuff.
