2. To keep track of all those involved in this project.
3. A place to put our main images.
4. A random message dump.

I think you've got it down for the most part. Unless someone has any other bright ideas that are being held out from the rest of us. =P

Didn't Crow and mikoo make a bunch of avatars some time ago? Go with something in that selection.

Echoing what RmX said: who is in charge of the image megapack these days? And can whoever is in charge of said megapack please create a torrent for it?
