Key & KyoAni
I think that there are very many people, who really loves Clannad, Kanon, Air, Planetarian... - you can't really forget this amazing things, masterpiece works of very high level. Clannad still is one of my favourite games. Amazing characters, stories - that's all Key. And it's really a pity, that some people left this studio...
Kyoto Animation - one of the best anime studios ever. Don't you think so ? All last projects were very famous and have very high rates. And this amazing animated versions of Clannad, Kanon, Air - original unique atmosphere, characters - all directly from the games. Masterpiece.
By the way, anyone knows a current translation status of Air ?
Hmmm, never heard of a group translating the Air Visual Novel.
Hello to all KEY fans. Just stumbled across this place and yeah, as a fan of KEY, I admire the high quality of their works (<3 Reverie <3). Hope to see more quality products from them.
Hmm, their status is near 40-50 %. Anyone, who interested, check it
. Last translation update - 13 June 2008.
Good too hear that there's a group doing a translation project for Air.
I hope it doesn't die... even if I have to talk some TLer into TLing it :x
It's interesting. NTD's Kanon english patch has been leaked some days ago (don't know links to test), it's full, but with some mistakes, so, that means that the full release should be soon enough, maybe, some months left for the full official release... Or it can be an another "Clannad official translation patch waiting."
Hmm... no updates in Air translation patch. Summer vacations, maybe ?
Hello!I'm new member here.I 'm the big fan of Key and Kyoni.I've finished Clannad (game version). The game 's very impressive and I cried a lot.I'm looking forward to Kanon translation patch.Has anyone played the incomplete patch? Is it okay to play?
I'm busy studying for the coming exam next week so I can't started playing kanon.
Well, check your profile message.
It's so quiet here.It reminds me of Nagisa's drama club
well, not all of the "club" members are active (even I have to be absent for months after this due to job commitment >___< ).
Wonder how will KyoAni translate Little Buster into the animated format.
So.... Who tried Little Busters EX already ?
I will try it when I have time left from Hinatabokko.
hi everyone, thanks for inviting! ^^ By the way, in this days i'm playing One Kagayaku kisetsu e, it's really good *__*
My opinion about Littm post.
Well the true is that in present times mass media as youtube and some other sites offering anime to watch are full with boring and primitive titles like Naruto etc.
What do I have in mind?
The problem is that there aren't so many people who could like drama. In many situations people are watching something because it's popular.
I think that we have to wait some time when Key titles will be better known. I can see that in Poland many people are beginning to watch CLANNAD and Kanon2006, its a good situation because from my observations I can say that Poland is a country of Naruto fans.
By the way.
Domo arigato for the invitation. Its really great to be here
Ruhisu: I agree with you, Internet is full of crap (Naruto, Bleach,...). In Czech Republic, there is a lot of Naruto fans too. They are watching only Naruto, and think that it is the best anime. Furthermore, a Naruto team won a cosplay contast at con in Brno (Animefest).
But people who like drama are here too. So it is not only about Naruto here. There is a lot of KyoAni fans in Czech, which means, they like things such as Kanon 2006 and CLANNAD too.
I know this pain.
A friend of my dedided to go to cosplay at con in Warsaw. She choosed to dress like Nagisa. She was singing Dango song etc. and guess who won... Naruto. Oh my god! So original.
For me my friend just lost her time for nothing beucase I knew from the beggining that the puplic will choose this crappy character (Naruto). Even more nobody wanted to make picture with her so I was so pissed off like hell.
Yep. We are living in times filled with clones watching shit.
Rushisu!I completely agree with you!In Thailand, almost all of the teenagers prefer shounen stuffs like Naruto,Bleach,One piece over drama series. But it's a problem about how people view anime.Generally, people in my country view anime stuffs as somethings boys and girls age around 6-15(not very accurate number)watch to entertain themselves.Adults should not get involved in these stuffs or they'll be considered strange. So shounen style series like Naruto will continue to be popular as long as those adults in my country still view anime as something only for baby.I really want to kick their asses and show them what the truely great anime is.
