Yup! Here's how you can figure it out for yourself: Go research the band who sings the current ending. Then google for things like "international rights" and that band and you'll probably find various information.
Basically international streaming rights for the ending song are not allowed at this point. Toei debated whether to create a special version with replaced music for the ending, but that would delay the simulcast and cost a lot of money, so in the end they decided just to cut it out. If Toriko is ever licensed for DVD/Bluray, the song might be included or at the least it'll be replaced with something else and the credits will be kept.

Hey Quarkboy, been awhile since I had talked to you. But anyways, I do have a question for you, since I thought maybe you would know. Since you're working on Toriko subs (or, were anyways), do you have any idea as to why the latest ending sequence on the anime got removed from the simulcast episodes? It's still listed during the opening credits, oddly enough, so I was wondering if it was some sort of licensing issue.

Vanguard wasn't actually licensed from Bushiroad for season 1, it was licensed through TMS, the animation studio. But Season 2 is going through Bushiroad itself and so everything has to be renegotiated... Only time will tell. And I think they loosened up quite a bit

I wanted to ask some questions about Cardfighter Vanguard if you don't mind

I know that I probably wouldn't get an answer for the first one(you wont be able to give one) but I have to ask, Is there a chance Vanguard might be picked up by Crunchy at any point?

The second is about your appearance on ANNCast (I sent questions BTW, Zac chose not to read them for some reason), about the producers removing the word damn from the translated script and you objecting to it ... is there any relation to the show constant usage of the word near it's conclusion ?
