Yup. I was really surprised since ARIA was canceled after 7 volumes I think it mainly was because the publisher itself was in trouble though). Maybe Amanchu!'s publisher will consider picking up ARIA if Amanchu! sells decently. I can only hope so.
Chapter 30 something, I think. The anime's pace has been pretty damn slow. Don't get me wrong, I still like it, but I honestly think it has lost its luster. To me, it seems like they've been artificially trying to extend the length of the series for a while now. Introducing characters that disappear a couple chapters later, like Shizuka, Shiratori or mushroom dude.
On a side note, I just saw that Amanchu's first volume came out last week! I didn't even know it had been licensed. Now, that I'm going to buy. Right now in fact.
