Well, truth be told that was what I figured was going on all along, so i didn't consider it a difference maker in how I view the series. We still might be in better than average hands by LN standards, but there's a lot of range in that description...

My, everybody keeps praising Tokyo Ravens. Maybe I should have picked it up instead of Kyoukai no Kanata which turned out to be a lot more generic and dull than I expected. I don't want to drop it because I think it might get better later on.

Mahiru from Kamisama dolls was very memorable, and not just because it was the first time Kana played that kind of character. That girl was deliciously crazy.

Teenage Tomoe walking by young mother Satsuki? That's what it looked like to me anyway. Well, teenage Tomoe and one of her friends.

I just loved all the cool, flashy, fantasy elements in it. Some of those you actually don't see all that often in modern anime (an elongated Orient-style dragon, people dramatically riding on a magical yet vaguely menacing horse, etc...).

I didn't like one element of the Episode 2 twist, as you know, but this Episode 3 twist pretty much makes up for it. And yeah, it makes that Episode 2 flashback even funnier and more adorable.

Plus, its not everyday that a love triangle resolves itself by two corners being more or less the same girl, so... both girls win!

Yeah, Tokyo Ravens Episode 3 was fantastic. Wonderful climatic action scene for the first arc, and lovely twist at the end of the episode.

Dang that's pretty extensive Outfox. And it's true that it'd be hard to do Kuroneko since you have to approach the situation from many angles.

Got any Ririchiyo ones that are good?
