MFW Fanfiction.net doesn't have a Tari Tari section...

Fic's first chapter (out of 2/3, still not decided) done. I'll keep you posted.

I think there are places like Livejournal or Tumblr to find avatars, but given the low popularity of the show, the only way is to pick, cut and crop.

Also, finally finished Tari Tari. Loved the ending.
