True. The category thing seems to have been a difficult thing for a long time now - esp with so many shows in recent years going back and forth across so many "standard genres" (as many have pointed out). I respect the organizers for making the efforts for voting contests like this and such, esp b/c at the same time I must admit I would not have the patience to do so.

I'm just studying all of the time now, it's a bit depressing... I had to move to a new area for medical school, so I don't really know what there is to do around here, either. So, back to AnimeSuki for "fun time."

I don't support SOPA, but the frightening thing is that MegaUpload was taken down even without SOPA in place. I won't say that the copyright lobby is completely wrong - MegaUpload did have a lot of pirated materials, and their major offense (what seems to have gotten them in trouble) is that they were paying users who uploaded files that received a lot of downloads. The argument is that by doing so, they were encouraging users to pirate material. Still, I don't like the way that the entire thing was handled. Taking them completely offline like that seems a bit extreme. Supposedly some groups are working with the government to make the files that were hosted on MegaUpload available again, so that people who stored files there can get them back.

It certainly seems like recently there has been a lot of action against the internet...

Yo Liddo-kun, how have you been? We recently had some ophthalmology coursework, and I must say - you can tell some really interesting things from a person's eyes, but a lot of the stuff looks the same to me! The slit lamp is a really neat tool though... do you use one in your practice?
