    Yay, you're actually still here!!!

Hmm, I hadn't actually considered that notion, but you may actually be right. Or perhaps something was done to her memories or she may have even surpressed them, but we'll have to see where we go with this. The first thing we need an answer to is what exactly the nature of their relationship was back then and also how "Soma" came about in the first place. I'm quite looking forward to where they go with this, though I really hope that it doesn't end in a bad way. I keep seeing people comparing this to the tragic romance in Zeta. Hmm, do you think he clothes in the ending could be an indication at all since they are not her uniform at all?

Yeah, I was sort of confused as to whether I had heard that right. On another note, Alle's name is truly Alle, isn't it? That isn't a code name like the others? Or did Halle adopt his own code name?

Oh, that is a given and I think that next episode will be the start of the trouble. From what I can gather, shouldn't they all know he was a member of Kataron? And I think Setsuna might be able to figure out what is going on or at least I hope he does.

Well, one can't entirely blame him for such a thing I suppose. Some guy from CB shows up, tells you your brother (I found some weird info that they aren't twins after all?!) was a Gundam Meister and is also dead, and that they now want you to come and help them out. It's a bit confusing and I suppose the only thing we can hope for is that he does actually start to work with them, but I doubt it will come until after some big blowout over how he out Kataron over them. It could be worse since Kataron does seem to actually be trying to accomplish some good.

I think we are going for the opposite that was done with Neil. In S1, we saw Neil as the older brother type who managed to get everyone to not kill each other. Later on, we saw he had a darker side of his own when it came to terrorists and also Ali in 23. Maybe with Lyle, they'll deal with the bad aspects of him first with this double agent plot and then come to show him as someone who can live up to the name Lockon Stratos and be part of the team. Bad things will happen before that though, but it depends on how bad we are talking.

And I don't know about you, but the way he said his brother's catchphrase made me want to smack him. I did find it cute that he asked Haro what his brother did. I'm rather curious as to whether there may be some conflict between them in the past.

I'm rather worried about some characters already. Right now, I'm hoping Setsuna, Feldt, Soma, Alle, Lasse, and Sumeragi make it for starters with the first four being ones I truly hope for. I'd be surprised if Lyle died since it just seems a bit much to kill off both Lockons.

It seems they are not going with the Sibling angle for Soma and Alle and that her real name is Marie Parfacy. It seems she doesn't remember anything though, but Alle seems very concerned with her and wants to get her back though I think we both know this won't likely happen anytime soon.

I was a bit surprised that Marina actually ended up with CB, though I suppose she may end up with Kataron soon enough.

And it seems we might go with Lyle seeming like a jerk who is actually very nice. I rather hope Feldt slaps him.

Isn't there always a red mobile suit in the show piloted by a masked character?

That's pretty much what I am expecting at this point as well, though I wonder if we may see very specialized units like Ali's or if that might only be possible with him because they had something to work with. It's always possible they took a look at what Ali's Gundam had and were trying to replicate it though that is probably a longshot. I suppose I'd like to see CB have problems beyond simply being outnumbered for some reason.

Well, there is the point that neither side is exactly good or evil. It depends on how you view these sort of things though I would agree that the A-Laws are not a good thing. People are going to die no matter what so there may not be a complete good or evil here.

I think that is a point. Their actions cause deaths just as much as the other side and they are not absolved of this depsite what they do. And I believe they understand that. It's better that there is just some middle ground I guess.

Well, I can see the appeal of it. To reference Lelouch to some degree, people do always love allies of Justice or things they can call good. That was the point of ZR after all, which was to tap into humanity's comfortable view of a hero and villain even if both of those two are fully aware neither of them is one or the other and that it is all a big lie. Having "good" and "evil" makes it easier for people at times since they don't have to deal with those troubling questions. Some can't leave this stance for a second, which is why you had people during CG who thought Lelouch was a horrible villain who deserved to die.

I've been watching a show called Soul Eater recently though I was already reading the manga. While for the most part it does have some clear cut lines of good and evil that you see out there, the main thing that the protagonists are facing is not really evil but the force of insanity, which is something that is shown to be in every character in the plot to some degree at points. In the manga, some even start giving into the madness even when they don't exactly want to. I think the idea of insanity in some ways makes a better antagonist than something unrealistic like some evil villain wanting to take over the world because madness has no real goal or any logic to it though I haven't seen a lot of insane antagonists who really get this across well. Eh, I think I'm rambling now. I'm not good at explaining this sort of thing.

It's alright. I just did the same thing above.

Yes, I do remember now and there is also that ending scene with Alle and Soma where there are lots of A-Law mobile suits. Maybe they start pulling out new weapons and bigger guns?

I suppose I hadn’t taken that into consideration, but we don’t yet know how much the structure of S1 will be repeated in this season. I think part of the reason S1 was like that was that it established the characters and also CB as an organization. I do believe we will see multiple plotlines, but it may be made into large arcs reflecting whatever problem is going on. I can see the initial stage being us seeing how the A-Law and Federation operate as well as seeing how all the cast is after four years.

Well, I can’t really think of much beyond the A-Laws with the exception of Ribbons or something. I’m sure we will see them fall at some point, but I think it may take longer and also precede Ribbons or someone unleashing some grand plan that has been in the shadows.

I’d tend to agree since he seems to have influence though I also am beginning to wonder about Wang since she seems to be playing both sides and I find myself disliking her more and more. I hope her attendent (I can’t remember the guy’s name. I think it was Hong or something) might make it through though since I have actually seen him question her methods and show some reservation as to what she is doing.

Currently I would have to go with that as well since that really is what they have on CB more than anything else. You also have that the current CB is either somewhat rusty or has never used a Gundam at all. Sumeragi also isn’t doing too well and until she gets back into things it could be difficult for them all. It may also depend on how many of those Ahead units they manage to get out since they seem to be something that is not in great number though the GNXIIIs seem to be doing alright (I like the design and coloring better than the Mark Is at the very least. I suppose I just hope we do see some special mechs that can match up in one on one combat with the Gundams though this would also depend on pilots I suppose.

Do you think the fact that all the A-Law units are red is meant to be a reference to Char since we have our Masked Graham in a custom red Ahead unit?

And it doesn't exactly feel right since self-sacrifice was what Suzaku in season 1 was all about and Lelouch didn't approve of that sort of thing. Well, I rather liked devil Lelouch to some degree, but I did sometimes worry he might go to the point where he really would become a monster. But yeah, Lelouch was what made the show interesting to watch along with a few other things like C.C. in my case.

I think Vallen's take on everything fits with what he spoke to Charles about as well. Lelouch managed to tell the lie that good will always triumph over evil. Is that a bad thing because it isn't really true? Maybe and maybe not, but it does give people hope in the future and that in the end good things can end up happening. So he focused the entirety of the world on himself by becoming the image of a villain that everyone could hate and want to avoid in the future. I'm not really sure he had intended to actually make it through this alive though since if that is the case it seems somewhat cruel of him to condemn Suzaku like he did to be Zero forever. But I also like Vallen's comparison to King Arthur waiting in Avalon for the time the world would need him again. Suzaku will watch over things as Zero (along with watching over and taking care of Nunnally) as long as he lives while Lelouch watchs from the background forever.

Well, let's be honest here: Their "explanations" for Nunnally and C.C. don't make much sense at all. Obviously there is a reason why some people think he is alive beyond simply a desire for him to keep living. There are a number of things they could have done to show for a fact he was dead, but they didn't do it. And by the way, my younger sister decided to take a look at the last few episodes and she for one doesn't like CG very much at all. As soon as she finished the last episode she was convinced he was alive and she doesn't even really care so there must be something there that some are seeing.

Maybe Lelouch was so convincing he managed to fool the staff and cast into thinking he is really dead.

    I suppose.

Returning to 00 for a moment, what do you think will be accomplished by the A-Laws to compete with CB? Because I really don't think these new Ahead units are going to cut it the whole season. Ali seems to be getting a new mech that might be able to put up a fight, but we need more than him to make this interesting.

Yeah, the ending doesn't really feel right at all with him dead. I mean, he dies and goes down in history as a villain and everyone that was against him gets to live happily fufilling lives. Suzaku is stuck as Zero and can never be himself again and C.C. is now alone forever after finally discovering a reason to want to live after hundreds of years. And they must think we are idiots if we are supposed to believe simple memories of him will help her since she has stated multiple times that her memories of those who loved and hated her go away.

You know what? You're right. I'm sick of them toying with us. It was open and screw them if they want to say otherwise because they could have done a much better job of it if they wanted to convince us all he died.

What irritates me is that people like Sol and Lie will believe they had their views confirmed as fact.

No need to apologize, Theron XD

I never used one before so it was funny, but I don't use it to make friends (I don't like to use the word friend lightly) or anything like that.

And I can understand you since I don't plan to use it a lot XD

However, don't save it, since It's not my email address ^^. I don't plan to use it as email box.

I'm really getting tired of this. I can't keep going through this constantly with them saying it is up to us and then shooting down all our beliefs in some official site listing.

Well, the dominant part of Alle is the kinder half though I suppose more info on the other would be better to know about.

I see. I thought he wore it for some other random reason.

Yes, it very well could and likely will become an issue later on, but hopefully he will develop some sort of link with everyone at CB that will at least make him feel conflicted between the two. That could lead to him making some big mistake and then later redeeming himself.
