Can't do that. Check this thread for why. From what I can tell, reposting it is no use; I'll probably earn an infraction from it, at best.

I've already fired off a PM to urge them to reconsider this. In the meantime, you can find the same link in my sig.

Going to answer for Triple_R here... although these come from Memories rather than Melodies.

(Somewhat NSFW, hopefully Tinypic doesn't decided to take the first one down before you see it)
Melodies has some similar bits IIRC.

    Edit:
-okay, just remembered the "artist girl" scene in Melodies... that's probably what Triple_R is talking about. That's a little less intimate and a little more... "exhibitionist" than the stuff in Memories was. Plus a couple OP bits and the laundary scene (in a way). So yeah, with the exception of the OP, the eroticism early in Melodies is more playful, whereas the eroticism in Memories tends to be more artistic (as does Melodies OP IMO).

ef: A Tale of Memories has two plots running side-by-side, with one romance in each one. Both plots are pretty good, and make for good romance drama and suspense. They utilize very nice plot devices and SHAFT's visual style to maximum effectiveness. I highly recommend it.

ef: A Tale of Melodies I've only watched a little bit of so far. This anime is pretty erotic in many scenes, I have to say, lol. It's not quite as good as Memories, but its pretty good so far, and it has that Denpa Onna fun quality to it, if you know what I mean.

Oh, and great review of Usagi Drop. You said so much there that I wasn't sure how to respond, lol.

I don't really post on the thread anymore (because of my manga knowledge etc) but yes, I keep track of Kaiji's episode.
As I expected, the arc is dragged with all its details, to the point it is quite -too lengthy-, similar to the manga (although the manga is even slower than that).

That's an interesting compliment since I tend to think I approach to moe is probably more art than science - my favoured approach is to illustrate by example rather than try and explain it technically.

I should get around to updating my thread again, I've just been really busy with going back for a postgraduate degree (living away from home this time too). Until I get around to it though, my new favourites this summer are Tomoka from Ro-Kyu-Bu (her crush on Subaru is cute), Yune from Ikoku Meiro no Croisee, and Utao from Kamisama Dolls (because of the way she relates to her Kakashi as some kind of giant pet). Strangely for me, they're all loli characters - I notice I've been noticing MILF/Christmas cake type series a lot more in a few older shows I've been watching, which may be a way of counterbalancing that.

Most anticipate to me for fall would be
    Shana III (long time coming)
C3 (Shin Oonuma is directing, so I have to watch even if I'm pretty sure it won't match up to his work on EF - plus it has girls who are moe anthromorphizations of torture devices)
Mirai Nikki (always wanted to read the manga but never got a chance)
Guilty Crown (Production IG takes a crack at a Code Geass/Death Note style show, apparently).
Last Exile (although I'm never going to have time to finish the original before it airs)
Shinryaku Ika-Musume II: Toss up... the first season was a brilliant sleeper-hit comedy, but I'm not sure how they'll follow it up.
Fate/Zero: I'm not as big a Type-Moon fan as many but I'm not missing this.
Boku no Tomodachi ga Suknai/Mashiro-iro Symphony: Obligatory "I don't think these will actually be that good, but I saved picture of the characters at one time because I liked the designs and now I want to know about them" picks. Hey, I picked up Utawarerumono and Sola due to the pretty character designs back in the day so I occassionally win.
Seitokai Yakuindomo OVA: because once I got a few episode in, I couldn't get enough of the original.

Yeah, you're right, I couldn't see the forest from the trees. I do remember Rei scaring Shinji to death with her resurrections and consequent personality changes, and Shinji really wasn't the type to break through Asuka's tsun- crust, instead just thinking she hates him after all (especially when there are parts of him which I'm sure she does hate).

You're not too fond of the instrumentality idea are you? IMO, it wasn't handled that well here - the whole point should have been to disperse the memories/thoughts that make up and define a person and create one giant mind, whereas in this case, they just jumbled them all up in one head but they seem to have retained some or most of their personas - well, duh, of course that isn't gonna work.

P.S. I'm having nightmares from the Usagi Drop thread (in relation to the manga comments) - on some level I wish I'd never picked up the anime in the first place lol

P.P.S. I counted 5 'heh' emoticons in that comment, you should recognize when you have an addiction
